Keeping in mind the recent news about the stalled margalla road, which sector in B-17 will be good for 10 Marla plot purely from investment point of view. Also if one can mention the average prices for 10 Marla that will be much appreciated.
Experts plz advice.B-17 10 Marla plot in C block is around 8 million and 60*90 plot in D-18 is around 8-9 million. Which is best choice for Investment and living in next 2-3 years. In D-17 Kanal rate is also around 10 Million. What you people think Impact of Margalla Avenue on these sectors Impact will be equal or B-17 will get more benefit?
10 Marla in C block should not be 8 million. I called couple of dealers a week back and average 1 kanal plot in C block is around 105-110 lacks and 14 marla in E block around commercial nearly 85 lacks.
14 marla in B block is also available at 95
So may be you need to check with couple of dealers more to get a realistic price. Dont take the advertised price as Final. I know some plots options are available with dealers for 5 months.

Bhai sab pichlay 10 dino mein bohat bara jump aaya hai, mein nay jo plot 33 ka liya tha Jan end mein us ki offers 44-45 aa rhi hain is waqt. I think still there is juice left in B-17 and FMC.

Mein pichlay 1 month say keh rha tha k B-17 aik bohat bari opertunity hai. Aur ab aap khud latest prices compare ker lo sirf aik month ki.

You are right if you are talking about 2013-2014 but now after rupee devaluation prices are still fair.
B-17 mein plot stuck ho jatey hain, lekin loss recover bhi ho jata hai. Just need patience.
Margalla Avenue tender deadline is March 25th.
