@Abdul qayyum, boss army is not and has never been the solution for our issues and in no civilized society. We have to let the democracy run. This is THE solution.
If RRR were to be built by army as you hope, we saw a long spell of mush and what did he do (bad or worst).

The project is given back to RDA and this back and forth is going on, now a Chinese bank is agree to give loan for ring road, and they need report until Sep 2018. And now I think it will take atleast one year more to make a decision on the ring road project.
Good News: Rs 2 billions been allocated for land buying for ring road. Finally Shahbaz convinced that Lahore roads and neeli peely sabaz trains is not only instrument to win votes.
Other places also matter to get votes and not only Lahore!
It seems someone has put some sence inside his stupid head!
In some other news, the project is back to RDA and an engineer from RDA said that it does not look practical to start this project with very limited time and it can go to next fiscal budget, this news is almost 15-20 days older.

It's 100% true that CH is main hurdle.There is no doubt RRR will complete in next five years because it necessary for whole pindi.If you see google map Bahria is between Dha-3 and Dha-4 so ground reality is front of you.Other hand Chakri road and Adyala are the main beneficiary.Already people are traveling Phase-8 L to Adyala road so Dha-3 and Bahria will be the hot cake in near future.
