Dear Humayun, I sure hope so that RRR gets launched and completed soon. It would be a game changer for entire zone 5. Not just for property prices but commuters as well.
However, considering the track record of this puppet nalaiq Niazi regime, with their fakhria U-turns, mega corruption and now shaking government, I would not trust a bit on what they say.
So please keep us updated, this will surely help us seeing how things are moving.

Wajahat, I used the term “game-changer” purely for connectivity and traffic flow reasons and some impact on prices, not in terms of its economic impact. Rwp/Isl roads have been clogged with transit traffic of GT road. Also, new airport and expansion of city has made the traffic flow very messy.
RRR will provide the city bypass reducing heavy transport on IJP and Islamabad expressway, as well as connect Zone 5 and adjoining areas directly to M2/M1 and new airport.
RRR will be chnage the face of RWP & ISB in term of External Traffic Rush. Areas look conjusted now a days will become Beautiful & Clean In Sha ALLAh. & After all traffic will move towards Motorway, Population around RRR & Motorway will shift quickly.
This is how Game Will be changed.
Road Infrastructures (like the electrical lines on computing mother boards as the main drivers) are the carriers of economic uplift if stretegically executed.
It’s a pitty, entire generation has been brain washed to Qoumain Sarkoon say Nahi Bantii yes, *Road Infrastructures not Alone but same narrative rolled back lots of projects including the CPEC that now being made a mess of.
Unless the Hissa Grabbing Thakeydaars of this nation are not sidelined, random projects will be executed, putting others on a compromising position. What’s the outcome if after all the mess RRR is back to square one where it stood pretty much in 2016/17

Just few suggestions to improve quality. Try to limit these videos to 5 minutes max, lengthy videos are off-putting. Also try to write and rehearse the script for voice-over, this will make it pro.

Brother, as far as I see, Grievance is at National level, not just me. The ones more concerned actually may be more expressive. It’s a matter of our national perception criticism of state fascism is mostly considered as a Ghaddari sort stuff : )
