Dear Isloo Brother,
RRR & MA Are not requirement of Govt only. But Its requirement of GHQ as well. REst you know better, Whoever will come will must pursue the projects. Irrespect of who ever inaugurates.
I think it might get delayed few months but It will become a reality in 2-3 years. As all the stakeholders, like PTI, N league, establishment etc wants it desperately.

I partly agree with your assessment that the two projects are needed by the powerful, therefore, these will be completed eventually. MA construction is fast in progress, but it was a straight forward project, awarded by CDA and managed by FWO. So this remains unaffected by the stability of govt.
RRR on the other hand is bit more complex. It is bigger, requires land purchasing, contracting, project management, and financing by the Punjab govt. Now, if Niazi and Buzdar sarkars are shaken, who will look after this project.
If the current turmoil in the power corridors continues, then I see its launch getting delayed till next govt takes the office, probably early next year. Therefore, completion in 2-3 years might be a reasonable time estimate as Nasir has predicted.
Can you please share details about what make you think a new govt will take office? I know things have been going downhill for a while but is there any solid information or just speculations?

A judge spilling the beans is only one of the many events to come in next few months. You’ll witness many “zameer” (conscious) suddenly waking up. In fact, that’s more like rats jumping off the sinking ship.

Read the Yesterdays’ Tribune express news and get understand why CDWP has given approval so quickly within days. once FWO gets the contract, What ever Happens, RRR will get in Wardi Walon k hath may.
