In comparison, cabinet is dirt cheap and should have gained considerably by now.

Wonderful News. I hope will become a great source to access up to date information on the developments in Cabinet society. According to my information, gas is already there in the pipes laid in the society E/17/3 and it is a matter of days that some of the residents will get meters. I agree with you that the slow pace of construction is actually due to lack of gas meters and as soon as the SNGPL starts installing the meters, the pace of construction will speed up. Other than the gas meters, two more factors start of airport operations in a year are certainly going to raise the prices of plots. In my view, it is the best time to buy in Cabinet for living as well as investment purpose.

CDECHS having green surroundings could be like park enclave of zone-II if management could give some attention to its responsibilities…too many ifs and buts…management need to improve…location is good…
Management is most corrupt & incompetent only serving their own interest.

My view of the society management has changed.
Society Management is not asleep. They are like the turtle which keeps moving slow and steady. Now the gate is completed, Street lights installation process is started.
Things are happening at snail pace, this society would never turn into reasonable community like other societies in the area.
When a good number of houses are built, things will pick up pace. That is how it works. In a populated society, the management has to work or be replaced. Soon it will have to make progress or make way.
Even chachi abadies get populated at a rapid pace…within five or so years cdechs will be as populated as g-15 come what may. …this society has ununmatched location benefit
But standard in Cabinet is of CDA level at least if you look at sector design and street and main road widths plus green belts and commercial. It is a great investment in CDA recognized sector insde ICT no doubt.
There is security patrolling on police style motorbikes of CDECHS.

Umair Sb the society is seeing more construction in 2014-2015. First big commercial is also complete though no shops yet. Anticipate it will continue well in 2016 but yes certainly some commercial shops opening will also help and encourage people more.
Gas is also functional in E-17/3, houses in e-17/3 applied for meters, I think, the good days are coming for CDECHS. Its ready to jump in months, hold and wait for coming six months.
