What is the update on boundary wall and main gate?
I have had this news on the same forum a couple of months back that construction has been started. Can some informed member update us with the latest's ?
Construction of main entrance is re-started. I visited 2 weeks ago.

Hopefully transformers will be installed by March 16, this would further increase the construction activity.
Basil bro you mean electricity cabinets right? Isn’t there underground electric cabling in Cabinet?
@pardesi…there is no underground electrification in cdechs…only two transformers installed…not a single electricity cabinet provided in E-17…few cabinets installed in e-16…people using there own external cables to get electricity…you should not expect early turnaround in this situation…existing management is dead slow…each one of them is total piece of shit or a bull shit…they r total criminals…

Dead slow Management, and it does not look to me, that there will be any change ahead in the management.So this society is losing its credibility, its future looks uncertain.Why will some body build a house where basic amenities are doom.
Management will be slow only as long as there are very few houses constructed. As soon as there is a healthy population of new residents, Management will be forced into action insha-Allah. That will take a year or two max.
Gate is almost completed, cable for underground electrification procured, 5-6 transformer expected to be installed where houses are built, street light polls erected near houses, E-16/3 getting reasonable populated at fast pace. Things are picking up in CDECHS guys.

What is the rate of reasonable plot in cabinet E-17?
I am a little out of date but from what I could tell a decent 50x90 would cost you around 36-38. A good corner potentially 42-45. A boulevard 50-52.
