Better make a whatsapp group with CDECHS name and communicate there which will allow members to communicate in a better way.
Communication will be fast, precise and only authentic profiles will be added. Gather as many members as you can and this will put management under huge pressure.
But we already have a very valuable gathering of cabinet owners on that facebook page.
Society management can be pushed into action I members get together and visit society president every two three weeks.
Non of the top management have their own houses in Cdechs… They have a hiace and come to office for picnic only. People should also force the president to live in society instead of leading the matters as an outsider…there should be help desk operational on 24/7 basis to facilitate members.
You can bring in change everywhere in Pakistan except the CDECHS management, it seems. They have been playing with the hard earned money of the plot owners since over a decade.
Dear Khan Sahib and other Friends,
I think the first move should be to form a 10 member representative and coordinating committee comprising of senior, able, qualified, committed and energetic society members.
The committee should sit, discuss and identify the problems and draft a memorandum to be presented to the President of the society. The committee should also consult a legal expert on the cooperative housing schemes laws before meeting the President and other senior members of the management to discuss the issues and their settlement.
Please suggest who should be included in that committee. And who is ready to volunteer in this struggle.
As a layman I am ready to volunteer and contribute my bit in this just cause.
The result of the meeting will decide the future course of action which will include approching print and electronic media, meeting with high ups in ministry of Interior and ICT adminstration. Supreme court lawers forums etc.
I think Khan Sahib is one of the able member of this thread. I suggest him to be the focal person of the committe and i request him and the other friends to volunteer or recommend other members for the action committee. Action committee could be more than 10. But we should have the right people for the right job.

Build up pressure on the management, make it loud and clear to them that you really mean business and they will not be allowed to run the management if they do not honor what they promised.
Is there any justification left for the management to continue?
Agar yehi surat e hal rahi tau chand abad hosakta hai murikh abad hodakta magar badqismat cabinet abad nahi hoga.
For your information many houses are constructed and many more are under construction. The fundamentals of this society are very sound. Lazy management cannot remain laze when people move in. This is happening now. Prices will multiply in a couple of years only.
Agreed construction is looking up in CDECHS.
The construction is at such a pace that it will populate quickly then B-17, The coming year is the rewarding year for cabinet plots holders, you needs patience to earn in this society as management is like dirty egg, which smells bad, and every one knows this, very soon management will initiate some good moves, or they will face harsh time, as people are now fade up.
