You cannot un-seat political Ghundas in Pakistan.
Why? How?
This dirty group is so influential that it never allows any other group to even stand against it in elections, by using police and its local ghundas.
That is why Cabinet division is a very risky and worthless investment.
Who is the current head of the management and what is his background? How long has he been in power? Any background information available?

People are living there.
I am living there. Its a very peaceful place. Just 30 Mins drive from Faisal Masque via Kashmir Highway (Immediate left lane).

On my plot location e16/3. I found it on 60 ft but i bored it till 100 ft. Mezile motor is deeped through 60 feet. I am using it since last one year. No issues face in this summer.

It is expected that prices will have big jumps two times:
One when new Airport is built; and
Two, when work is restarted on Margalla Avenue.

I think it is due to

Same question and same reply and even lost interest of other forum members. How dealera can take interest where management not taking interest in development and it's like a orphan project. Least sale purchase hindering investment activities.
It is a prime investment opportunity. Dealers will go there when airport will be inaugurated or when work is restarted on Margalla Avenue. At that time, this property will be out of reach for many people.
Dear All: with reference to Pardesi sahib post that Margalla Avenue will also bring good news for cabinet . I visited cabinet yesterday and WAPDA town today. Based on this I want to bring some points in front of you.
I am so disappointed that management is not giving any attention in cabinet society. Road conditions are not good and I never see any development work is in progress. Same situation as two years back.
Whereas I visited WAPDA Town almost every two or three monhts and every time I found very good development progress. Roads are very wide and good conditions work is always progressed there.
If Margalla Avenue become completed the point where its touch to GT road where WAPDA Town is more near then Cabinet.
Wapda town also adjust ant to AWT and there is gate between the two society so this way its will also connected to motorway as I heard AWT has got permission way of access to motor way so WAPDA town also connected to motorway.
Cabinet is at the GT road but WAPDA town is around 3 KM away from GT road but will be connected to Motorway and Margalla avenue directly.
Prices are very low as compare to other society like cabinet or B-17
I concluded its a best option to invest or purchase a plot in WAPDA town for oneself instead of other society. The land is also good its not filled as in B-17. The surrounding is also beautiful. I must recommend everybody to visit all B-17, Cabinet and WAPDA Town and share with us their view point.
