The construction of Maryam Arcade is complete but I am not sure if businesses have set up there. The facebook group on cabinet provides photos in some detail.
I visited last weekend. Maryam Arcade is complete with structure. Its paint and other finishing needs to be done yet. I did not see any worker there. Only guard who was sleeping day time

Is it good place to construct house in E-16/3? Specially when you are moving from oversea.
Why there is no price appreciation despite the fact that development has been completed, location is good and many peoples start living there.
I do not what stopping this society to grow?
Lack of facilities - no school - no hospital or pharmacy - no market in sector – commercial rates of electricity - poor maintenance of road etc – if all these things gather on a location that is at a bit distance then society growing speed it like that.
Why they can’t replace the management otherwise less hope of turnaround.
Actually many projects have lazy managements but when lots of people start living there the management has to raise its game or it will be replaced. RnAt the moment most plot holders are investors who only watch the price graph. They are not all that bothered about availability of basic amenities as a real resident will be because residents have to endure the difficulties. So there is little or no pressure on Management. Gradually population will increase and every facility will become available inshaAllah.
What matters most is whether the fundamentals are correct for example street widths, sector designs, green areas, depth of plots and overall terrain. In these matters Cabinet is fully in accordance with CDA standards and terrain is good.
