Currently in the running project is installation of Electric Distribution points on every street. That work can be visibly noticed everywhere in the society you would see so hundreds of the blue DPs are already installed on every street. We are hoping to get wapda provided electricity very soon which will overcome the issue of low voltage speciall in summmer and get rid of those submeters. Currently we are paying Rs 21/- per unit which will be reduced to the market level Rs 15/- per unit once we get wapda provided electricity. We are hoping that this project will be completed over this summer but we no longer have trust on those poor management it may take an year too. Once this project is completed this would increase plot prices for sure. Keep my words, This project along with Metro project and Opening of New International Airport. These three factors would make a serious impact on the overall prices of the plots next year. Currently 30 x 60 plots are from 35 to 45 and 1 Kanal from 45 to 55 and 2 kanal from 55 to 80. Lets see how much it increases.
I would again request all members of this forum to keep alert of the hidden agenda of some multiple ID syndrome people over here.... They are badly exposed from time and again... But they will promote FOECHS, CDECHS, Multi....

Participated in AGM of CDECHS & met with allottees.
Around 90 houses are constructed in E-16 & E-17.
Under Ground Electrification Network Cable Laying is underway.
New land is acquired by the society in E-17/1 , E-17/4 & D-17/4 and added in new Lay out Plan.
Now E-17 will be accessible from Motorway via D-18 ECHS & AWT.

What is the current rate of 35x70 Plots in CHECHS
@Sohail Afzal Khan… Water is underground like other sectors in islamabad. Pipeline has been installed in most of the areas in E-16 but its not functional yet because of low voltage electricity as of now. As soon as we get the electricity from WAPDA this will be functional, as said by Chairman in the Annual meeting.

It is requested to all members of the society that kindly elect a visionary person for all administrative seats who can build this society as a state of art society. Moreover, who is energetic and willing to work for the society as all other surrounding societies are growing very rapidly and CDECHS is working progress is in front of all of you. I have my own plot in this society.
This is my personal suggestion.
As per press reports new airport link roads are due to be completed by Nov 22, 2017 and the airport will subsequently start operations after 10 days.A good development indeed; how will it impact societies in zone 2,esp. Cabinet
I don't think airport opening will have any effect on the prices of cabinet division society unless southern avenue of ECHS D18 is connected with GT road through CDCHS gate so that one can access Paswal interchange easily but it won't be happening anytime soon even after the inauguration of Airport.
Price is only expected to rise when construction work on margalla road is initiated again.
BTW what is the situation of margalla road though around 80% of it can of google maps?
What is the progress/pace of development works recently started in Cabinet society? kindly shed light.
