Owais sb small sizes like 25x50,30x50,30x60 in MC are better for investment than bigger however bigger sizes also have much potential for investors because as u said their prices not increased much like small in past.

Inamullah sb current rates are as follows,
25x50 40 to 43 lac.
30x50 48 to 54 lac.
30x60 52 to 58 lac.
Above rates are for normal plots not Category or main roads plots.
Mr Khalid even though I know you have shared prices plenty of times but still on my request please do share one more time invester prices for 5,7,10 Marla plots in each different blocks of Mumtaz City .
