This is going to be an imp question.
Will Mumtaz City get access to Kashmir Hi-way OR there is some complication/ approvals pending. Carpeting a loop shouldn't have been a big issue, provided they had clear go ahead!
Anyone has more info on this?
Work is in progress. I used loop to enter mumtaz city many times. I do not think there is still any approval issue etc…
