Masterinvestor, Sir residential 25x50 is around 34 to 37 lac. 30x50 is 40 to 46 lac & 30x60 is 44 to 52 lac.
Still good price for investment but for new investors I recommend Gandhara City which has much potential in coming days.once visit both sites then decide to invest.

I had to sell one 30-60 and it took me a month to sell it at 42. In Chenab block, nice level plot...
Investor rate could be around 41...
