I wish ,i could find some hopes in valley,at present its a bizarre situation, and it will be a miracle if situation could change in next 5 years…bcz its a huge area and DHA HOMES possession next 1-2 years will need a safe passage to main dha expressway… Or gt road…any how situation could be better in some blocks… BUT overall if you think in totality of valley ,its a very long way to complete entirely…less than 45% land[source is zameen blogs] in possession…and Dadochha dam issue…makes it a puzzle to understand…and i will welcome those optimist to explain the entire scenario before jumping in search of hopes.
Respected All members i read all the discussion made by you guys i am clarifying some things 1 Malik Raiz is main hurdle in development of DHA Valley Islamabad this is myth about DHA Valley and Malik Raiz as you you guys know that in this project DHA Bahria , Habib Rafique are partners. Infrastructure development is the responsibility of Bahria and Malik Raiz has import the mechanery of worth 7 billion pkr which was a history. If you visit the site you found a heavy machinery and development work and good thing is you found a uniformed and advanced machinery. Bahria town deployed it 3000 experienced and professional man power for the development purpose. As for as the prices are concerned over property in twin cities faces recession and this recession will no more because as per my information big investors are purchasing file on daily basis. Just visit the site and wait with patience. It will take time to develop but after development there is no comparison of this project. Please be positive

Yesterday, I made a telephone call at UAN number of DHA-I and representative there informed ” Space for Dam was already segregated at the time of Planning and the real issue was between Government of Punjab (GOP) and DHA-I as to who would make that dam. GOP is not interested in the said dam construction and DHA-I would complete that dam ”
Plus DHA-I are hopeful to give possession of some of the Blocks in 2015″

but asometimes i do check with my sources about the valuation of my plot which worths appoximately 55Lakh (more or less)

You are right Haroom Bro...its is 8 Marla oleander commercial
Oleander residential is 11/12 lakh
So today I visited my friend that works in DHA transfer record office. According to him we are looking at 1-2 years for posessions of homes and at least three years for possession of first plots

Mudassar, I do not know but the natural guess will be that blocks that touch these blocks like Daisy and Lily
BUT even posession of one block will boost prices in valley by a lot inshallah
