Dear Member,
Kindly be informed that development work in DHA Valley is proceeding on a good pace.
Grid Station building is almost complete. Gas pipeline is being laid along the DHA Expressway and major bridges and culverts are in different stages of completion.
However, Plots can only be handed over to the members after completion of development work and provision of services. Necessary advice in this regard shall be rendered in due course of time.

You don't care your customers / investors keeping them dormant even after 6 years of this project, Don't you know that DHA Valley is a big question mark on the name of DHA and its Goodwill
We can wait for another couple of years but at least we should be informed with your plan of giving procession and the current project status.
We can pay you more in terms of development charges if you are facing financial crisis but at least show some concern.

The only reason for secret silence is the issue of land acquisition. The 62 billion Rs famous fraud [Facts or myths], plus local villages in the area supposedly resisting land sale deals plus still undecided dadocha dam issue.IF these points can be answered clearly by the DHA ,THEN no one will need any advice to think over for deals in DHA VALLEY.

Which areas in DHA valley have proper development? I am looking for a time horizon of 5 years.
I just bought another file. I have renewed faith in the scheme now
@Ali, can you please tell us in which blocks better development is going on and also safe to invest.
My reason for buying is that this is the cheapest you can get a file in all ISB/RWP.
For 8 Marla at this rate you cannot go wrong.
Maybe the wait will be long - but as a 5 year investment, if they even develop one block fully, the price will jump to 30 lacs a file. This is worth it

You are right but those who have invested in 2008 are very desperate to hear from DHA about Possession…We all afectees have to form a committe to get together maximum amount of victims and go to DHA office to claim either a money back OR something concrete about possession otherwise “kabi kabi mere dil main khiyal ata ha k zindagi is investment k bghair kitni shadab hoti”
I believe Ali had given really good logics to hold investment for a while. Its not wise to wait for such long and now to loose patience without getting any benefit.
There is a time for each property and soon Valley will see good time InshaAllah. At that time 3 million for 8 marla will just be the start of game.

Could you please explain why these blocks (Bluebell, Sunflower, Daisy, Lilly) are the best? I mean in terms of development, land acquisition, etc.
Oleander and lilly are recommended coz of entry point and dha homes which are developed.
