I read few days ago that supreem court ordered to release account of bahria town related to dha stating that it has nothing to do with eobi case.I was acpecting someone else will write about it .Islamabad

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered to activate all the joint venture accounts of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and Bahria Town.

Zahid Bhukahri, lawyer for Bahria Town, appeared in the court and argued that due to DHA account freeze Bahria Town and DHA joint venture account has suffered. He said that joint venture account has no relation with EOBI or any of its matters. He requested the court to issue the order for the activation of joint venture account. The court later ordered to activate all the accounts related to the joint venture of Bahria Town.

Experts please give opinions.

I believe something positive is happening here…lets hope that it materializes soon. Are we seeing some upward trend in its price as well?

@ Nasir Bhai. I have seen your logical comments on various other forums too. Please give us some detail for future of valley like waht are the factors which may boost it and what are the hurdles/reasons behind its delay.As a whole is it worthy to keep it as investment.

in my view, defreezing of joint accounts will hav positive impact…development ll again start may b at slow pace but it will…rates will improve n few months…howevr it still remains long term investment 2 reap its fruits.

Well I think its because sunflower and bluebell command higher rates. I checked on olx and prices for sunflower are 15 and other blocks just 11-12

Eventhen , its a good thing that some activity/movement has started there.

They have many issues in valley, some major issues handled/taken care of, DHA and Bahria accounts re opened, Daducha dam issue resolved.

Now they have no enterence from Bluebell, development is very slow, but now DHA is focused, they are saying they must give possession of DHA homes Lilly, Orleander and Bluebell block soon but i don't they will be able to do it anytime soon as the locals are very furious plus Bahria has rift with DHA now after Karachi issue.

Bahria is not interested in developing valley anymore and DHA can not tackled the things with locals as Malik Riaz can deal with anyone anywhere.

I think it will take another 5 years at least to materialise valley, then then investments are at stake, better to wait because the prices and rates are too low in Zone 5, after 10 lane highway extension their are chances that dha valley plus whole zone 5 will get a jump.

I am looking to buy a file here in DHA valley , is it advisable. I have gone through all these DHA valley posts so in your opinion all the hurdles have been resolved and its save to invest in DHA valley. My purpose is to enjoy long term gains over 5 years term. I am looking to buy 2, 8 marla files in 2 Million or less. Which blocks would offer me this price. Pls advise. I intend to build houses after 5-6 years. Pls advise
