Are they balloting AGAIN for all plots in DHA valley?
I m not sure about all plots but they said that magnolia and sunflower plots will be balloted again(where my plots are).they did not tell the specific date of balloting when i ask the date.and my name is in balloting

Some respite is on the way for DHA Valley file holders after a long patience. And I believe that worst for DHA valley is over now and all block prices would see positive gains soon. Congratulations Valley holders for good days ahead.

Thanks to Raheel Shareef Sab who is tracking all big fishes one by one. Dr. Asim & MR are the latest examples.
Still on ground the valley position is not in that stage where a possession can be offered. How MR is going to do that, lets c.
My guess is that they will built a temporary pass through south (Kaler Syedian) link. It will take another 6 months to 1 years for complete expressway to be functional through 3 or 4 bridges.
None the less, it is excellent news for the whole project. Once possession is given to few sectors, market activity will be alive further. Another 2 years for population growth.
Any news of balloting for the people who applied for transfer of plots from DHA Valley to Bahria Town
Can anyone shed light on this new balloting as i have a plot in Magnolia 8M…should i be concerned. It is a category plot as well. Any facts on the situations would be highly appreciated.

In which block proposed main commercial hub is located?.
All blocks of DHA Valley have commercial areas of their own and Valley is not in ICT
Oleander, Lilly and DHA Homes will be handed over to the end user in February 2016 and an advertisement for the same will be given to the electronic media in 2/3 days

Now you go see development speed in valley and you would not believe how much BT earth moving machinery is working there. The plots in Lilly, Oleander and DHA homes will likely to get big boost, especially the commercials.
One should get an immediate exit at 100% -125% rise post handover as correction has to take place. After dam decision, if it is shifted to location-2, Bluebell, Rose etc will get boost as now expressway has no issue to reach to Bluebell...in fact it is very near now and buyers will rush to these almost fully developed sectors lowering the prices of the other less developed sectors!
If dam is to be said on location-1 by RDA then we know it would never be built and the game will go on and on and on...
Only General Raheel is the last hope to bust the mafia and get the dam going at either location!
Brother Abdul Qayyum! How long is left till Gen. Raheel retires? I don’t see the government giving him an extension and only Allah knows who’ll take over but odds of another like him coming are low … So what will be the situation once he retires and how far can he make it reach before his retirement are the key questions, what do you think?
