Good advice. My take is also to hold the plots. Property Mafia is active these days to purchase the plots in lower prices so they can sell them at higher rates in December.

What i don't understand is that DHA will deliver possession for few sectors in December and they are also offering to transfer 10,000 plot. Why are they playing the devil advocates? Surely the other sectors would be completed in 1 or 2 years too.

Dear Samra and other expert, can someone please explain a simple question point about DHA valley

People are stating some blocks will be handed over next month.

I went to google earth and it shows 11 months old data and I could see

1:- scattered 80 - 90 DHA Homes,

2:- May be 200 plots land scapping in daffdolis

3:- landscapping in blue bell right next to river

4:- landscapping few roads on Mongnolia next to village

Rest of DHA valley I could only see

1:- Mountains / Hills may be uneven land

2:- Forest

3:- Villages

So may be 11 months back probably 5 per cent of work was done, so while I have not visited as I am overseas but based on how how is it possible that next month they can hand over lily and few other blocks?

Hold valley. Prices will shoot up next month.

Mr aliahmed… Wat makes u say that prices will shoot up next month… What will be the reasons (such as possession, development etc) for this rise…

Possession and ongoing development. Prices have already gradually increased. The offer to relocate plots shows that DHA are now taking steps to make this a liveable community.

Btw, did anyone take up the offer to relocate to BT?

I have an 8 marla file in Marigold… Wat does house suggest, whether i should opt for the shifting or shall stay in valley. Seniors n fellow novices, please advise…

MR is under immense pressure to return billions, He managed to loot from the valley funds. He knows that after He returns valley money, DHA valley will go high as its development will gain momentum. BT might further come down at least sectors L/M/N and some F extensions. He wants to cash before DHA hands over something in December as they are saying. It is first time for MR to see himself being placed lower under the DHA. He may extend dates for this shifting as it is very likely of him to add development charges on shifted plots in BT. If one can hold Valley, it is advisable to hold till time takes us to the end of December….this is only my gut feeling, sir…other may advise you better!

In my personal view, it is not the time to panic for Valley plot holders… Those who can afford to wait must wait…

I agree with what you have said but is there any list of blocks which will be effected by the Dam ?

I have plot in Eglantine block and I have no idea what will be its fate.

Did anyone here take up transfer to phase 8??

I visited DHA office on 13-11-2015 and asked about the transfer since my plot is in Sunflower. I asked for the brotherly advice from one of the front desk officer for opting Bahria Twon Phase-8. He strongly disagreed for transferring to Bahria. Similarly another person in DHA office asked to transfer. I found the staff Really confused staff there in DHA as DHA Valley customers are!

Better to hold your horses. Don’t shift to Bahria 8 unless they tell you which sector of Bahria 8 they will move you to.

They will transfer to phase8 extension with no posession plus wil claim extra damount.

I have a valley plot in Iris, double category. Should I wait or sell now as I heard the new highway projects from airport to rawat will shoot up prices??

I heard that they have given extension till 30th to apply in BT, this means they did not get expected response and people do not trust BT and do not wish to move

I have an open file of 8 M oleander.it is open till 15th December 2015.I want expert opinion wether I should reopen it on due date or go for transfer it on my name.& what is best option hold or sale. Regards
