I have visited Lilly and Olenader last week.. And work at pace is going on there.. I think that Lilly and Oleander plot holders should not move anywhere.. It may take 6 months to 1 year but it will give very solid returns in sha Allah..
What i think is that
1-they will 1st move people to Bahria PH8 and BTK
2- Merge the remaining blocks and deliver in phases

I only visited Lilly and Oleander.. Do not know much about bogenvill and marigold.. You can move for merigold but hold bogenvilla as it is near to Oleander and DHA will develope overseas block.. This is my gutt feeling..
The Dealer and Investor Association of DHA Valley has called upon a meeting on Saturday at 1 pm. The DHA and Bahria staff will accompany them and show them around the work in progress in DHA Valley. The meeting will be held at the Magnolia Block of the DHA Valley. Some two thousand dealers / investors are expected at the meeting. I Will keep you guys posted about the updates. It seems like a huge relief for the Vallians.
So, people should avail this offer or stay in DHA Valley?
How much difference is required to pay if we avail exchange offer. Kindly write for Isb and Khi both.
Now this exchange offer means DHA valley will be further delayed.

there is a contradiction in this advertisement.
They say that possession will be given in Decemeber and on th other hand they say that if anyone want early possesion, he should shift to Bahria Town, phase 8.

They will give possession of DHA Homes and may be one or two adjacent blocks.. They have never said that they will give possession in whole..
Since DHA Valley have only 40-50% land so they are in no position to give possession of all blocks.. Due to unable to buy land, they have given this second option to investors to move somewhere else where they can at least hope..
I personally thing, if someone plot is in DHA Home surrounding block or overseas then wait otherwise move.. Because DHA and Bahria are in no position or mood to buy further land for valley..
If people have plot in sectors for which no land is purchased then they should move now and forget about delay otherwise they will be in more delay
Keep this fact in view, valley has only 40-50%land...
My plot is in eglantine block. Is the land for eglantine block acquired or not ?
What do you suggest, if it is better to hold or move to BT Pindi Phase 8

I am not sure about that.. I do not have that much information.. Please check with dealers or some expert can comment..

If BT is offering plots with possession and i think DHA valley members should avail transfer facility.
Good news at last from valley side.
I personally believe that both of these options would be equal as they can not offer options with huge difference in benefits.
If valley has 50 % land posession ( as described by members) then probably it will be ok when 40-50% of vallians will opt for BT migration and hence remaining will get remaining plots.

The offer is too good to be true. I feel there is lot of information left out. Like
1- will there be additional money for BTK or Phase 8?
2- will there be transfer fee?
3- Will there be development charges later?
5- What part of phase 8 ?

I have checked with one of the dealer y’day about blocks where posession is expected and he said Lilly & Oleander are most favorite due to DHA Homes…
