@Sohail Zafar. Sir by fully functional do you mean it is open for traffic including road carpeting etc. Or just the structure is complete? Thx
It would really be helpful if some one can upload the latest pictures of valley various sectors. There are so many rumors from the dealers.
Just a rumor from unconfirmed source. A block is reserved for army personnel and its due date is in 2017. My source telling me good days expected around 2017 so better to hold till then.
The army's sacred cows have already been moved from DHA valley to DHA-4. This plce is now left with us the crying and weeping lot!
But yes rumers and a little fast pace of work there is encouraging to hold. It seems dam drama is going to see its drop scene!
Daducha dam will built on allocated as per Punjab commitment in front of Supreme court. DHA valley is another scam of Riaz dako like phase 9 and Bahria greens
@ZG! Sir, fully functional means it is open for the traffic (which is not there by the way), and the express way is under construction now after the bridge
Update regarding Supreme court hearing
"The Punjab Government has informed the Supreme Court about its decision to construct Dadocha Dam at the original site.
Additional Advocate General Punjab, Razaq A Mirza on behalf of additional secretary irrigation department submitting report before a two-judge bench, headed by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, said that there is no reason for withdrawing notification under section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act 1984 in respect of site number 1.
It is further stated that subject to the available financial resource, necessary action shall be taken for the construction of the dam at the same site. The area falls in the jurisdiction of three tehsils of Rawlalpindi district namely Rawalpidi, Kahuta and Kallar Syedan.
The report states that the district collector Rawalpindi directed the DHA authorities not to carry out any development activities within the said project area."
Can some one shed some light which blocks are falling under the DAM? Lots of confusion around this point.

8 marla , double story home is sold for 50-52 lacs
5 marla single story for 27-30 lacs
how are the materials used in construction ? who has built them ? how are they investment wise ? what will be the worth of a 8 marla home after 4-5 year ? will it cross one crore ?

My personal experience about DHA homes: I sold 8 Marla corner unit at 53 lacs some 02 years before to Al-Hussain property and still the price is same, even less!
Valley could rise only if dam case gets solved or at least its location becomes known. At present there is confusion as DHA is showing the location on their map and RDA is singing another music. Now what sectors are coming under the axe, nothing is concrete clear and location#1 & location#2 not known very clearly sector wise. It could only be said that Lilly and Oleander sectors are likely to be safe as homes are already built there.
I hope DHA comes forward and clear the doubts in investor’s mind.

How much 4 marla commercial plot cost at present in DHA valley? and which blocks are safe to buy, bluebell or lilly or olerander?
I visited the site yesterday. Development work is on a very fast pace. Dozens of machines are working simaltenously at different patches. The railway underpass and the first bridge is now go through and one can access almost sunflower ( i assume that will be sunflower). I will leave a very important question here for abdul qayum sahib and other senior members who have knowledge about the Valley. DHA staff have told me quite a few times that HRL and BT is not part of the DHA phase 2 extension any more. DHA has kicked them out of the phase 2 extension. ( senior members please let us know if it is not correct). So now what i saw the other day, when i went through that railway underpass and the bridge ( BTW this is where phase 2 ends ). That land was initially acquired for the PHASE 2 Extension. I saw dozens of machines working on a very fast pace, leveling was 100% done and some of the streets were carpeted on both sides of the expressway. But all the machines read BAHRIA TOWN. I did not see a single machine that did not belong to BT. Now if this land is for phase 2 extention how comes BT is working on it when DHA says that BT is not part of the extension any more. Is it possible that this land is given to DHA VALLEY instead as GHQ has already moved army officers from extention to DHA Lahore and DHA Rawalpindi phase 4. Senior members please shed some light on it.
Other than that, I assume the overseas blocks are best to invest as the access is much easier compare to the other blocks and also away from both the sites of the dam.
