@ Mr. TRUTHSEEKER let me tell u a little secret abt F2 Till F5.

Pick up the old map of lets say F2... There you will see area alloted to ring road.

Now you pick up the latest map and u will find the same area is marked with new plot. Means alot of plot added to these sectors.

Now maj. Of these plots are alloted to those who are holding phase 9 files and since 2005/2006.

They paid almost 13/14 lacs for the file long time back and now they have non possession plots in these areas after almost 10 years.

So what do u think sir? are they going to wait for these plots to come to 40 or 25 is good enough for them? To get out of this mess.

Ppl quoting 23 lacs are the ones who are phase 9 file holders.

And in nov 2104, same plots were with 27/28 lacs tag.

My point is hold it if u can, but I dont see this area gaining any money in near future.

Phase 9 guys can come down to 20 lacs for 10 marla also and it can go up also. ALLAH knws all bhai.

The time when Bahria Phase-8 was announced, there was no E1 or F1 blocks in the map. It was just E-block & F-Block. Later on, Bahria kept on adding sub-blocks at different stages at higher process which are even not shown in earlier maps that's why I think few people know about it. I heard about E1, E2, E3 blocks but honestly I don't know about its location. It would be of great help if you could provide us latest map to see where these blocks are located in Phase-8.

These EI EII and EIII blocks are around Awami V and VI facing the proper sector E.

Is it fair to assume that DHA Islamabad is more reliable as compared to Bahria Town Islamabad, in terms of development and allotment?

sir may i ask you about j block as i have lost a lot of money their ,i was shown the map and my blind faith resulted in loss of close to 10-12 lack rupees , as i purchased a 7 Marla plot @32 back then,

Now on Google earth i can see the j block ,i think 7 Marla plot area adjacent to E1 and M block is almost developed and 10 Marla area as still pending with the news from i think Irfan bhai or mr,Isloo that their is some land issue their .

kindly give me some input to the the area as i am abroad, and also the exact location of j block.thanks.

I am overseas Pakistani, having 4 plots in DHA VALLEY. 3 are in DHA VALLEY general & 1 in DHA Valley overseas.

Kindly advise me what should I do. Should I wait or should I sale it.

if you are a medical doctor, then sell all DHA plots and pay full attention to your field.

If you are a PhD doctor, sell 1, keep 3.

If you are a doctor like me, sell 2, keep 2.

If you are a doctor like Nasir05, keep all 4 plots.
