Yes prices are stable and gradual increases over the next one to two years.There is news for new map for Dha valley that's why new investors waiting to finalize map but dealers are hopeful with Dha Valley so hope for best in sha Allah.

In fact I had 5 lacs profit offer on my 4 Marla commercial in oleander in general category

Abdul Qayum sahib in Oleander 4 marla commercial profit ranges from 18-25 lacs in general while corners are very very difficult to find in Markit . The profit that u mentioned above is way too low.

I sold my DHA Valley file 4 days ago in Glaxonia 5 MARLA RESIDENTIAL for cost - i.e. Total amount of instalments paid

Oh no profit? so said, and how much u bought it?

I will post the info mostly true to the stated matter. Regarding valley people generalise it as just "valley" whereas some blockes of valley do have full blown villages inside!

Lilly and Oleandar, Rose and some other blocks are very distinct in prices compared to others

You are right about Oleandar price but I said generally valley is rising, for example a 4 Marla in Rose is higher now even compared to the Oleandar

Have I been cheated if I sold Glaxonia at ORIGINAL PRICE?

Glaxonia current rate is 50 ,000 profit,even if you sold it cost to cost,its alrite as it was in minus before,and secondly prices have further gone up in the last 5 days,secondly i am sure file must not be fresh open so dealers normally deduct charges for that,dont worry,,,buy a better block when prices come down if you still wana play in valley

to my surprise orleander lily plot files have gone up by 2.5 to 3 lakh,but dha homes specially 5 marla is still stagnant at 2.5 million,though the original price paid to dha is 2350 plus,so this price manipulation is not prudent,dealers should have taken them up by couple of lakhs as well

Dha Valley gradual increase in prices.If somebody like to move then after Eid will be the best time to move.

According to some dealers files are more than plots.Allah knows best.

I mean "Exit" if somebody like to sell then after Eid will be good time because like always many overseas coming on vacation in Eid holidays.Market will little rise after Eid holidays.

Friends, i will recommend to retain DHA valley, for at least 1 year. The Isb Express way will make it a hot spot for purchase. Few of my friends have bought plots there and i can see that now further buyers are coming. Dont sell DHA valley. The prices will increase by 100% in coming 6 months

Sir 100% jump in 6 months in this market condition? It looks very tough. Offcourse, unless MR starts buying.

Finally good news alhamdolillah. I have done investment in valley in 2003 on hard earned money. After holding for 2 years prices are leveled.

E.g. Purchased oleander on 20 profit in 2013 and now it recover back to 20.
