Good After 5 years At Last…

The pictures are beautiful… However, realistically speaking, it will be a few more years for development, and another decade to fill up the place… A good investment for kids college education if made now.

DHA Valley ki Samaa News pe koi latest advertisement ayi hai? does anyone knows about that?

Yes, I saw the advertisement. Looks like Valley is being brought back from the dead finally. It looked very promising and DHA is marketing again but i don't know why since they already sold the project back in 2008 so why are they pumping money in to TV commercials?

A possible answer could be that DHA is re-selling those plots that were not fully paid by customers who thought this project will never be completed. Now DHA is adamant to complete valley and start giving possession to some sectors next year.

Did they say anything about posession?

It seems DHA is getting heat from different pressure groups to complete the project and in order to save their faces for short run they have to give posession in some of the blocks.

I don’t think they said anything about possession dates.but i could be wrong as i wasn’t paying much attention to it. At the end they did mention all the 3 stake holder (DHA , Bahria, HRL) to appear for the people that partnership is strong and this is the best project to invest.

Seems like DHA is starting to feel the heat from some quarter.

Even news is on express ... Big 2 minute add .... Proving all amenities shall be provided etc.

On other note all construction in Bahria Karachi has stopped

This is the same advertisement they published on print media in 2012 nothing new…only thing is the timing right after the interview of MR that may indicates some positive movements otherwise nothing is there in the advertisement

From where you get news that BTK development has stopped?Can you explain about this news?Development in BTK continuously and main power is working day and night.

Dha Valley new map not a surprise because it's going to finalize in sha Allah.I thinks it's good for Dha valley investors with another news new expressway.

A friend came from Karachi and informed me work on icon and main Bahia town has stopped ... I don't have a second soucr to confirm it

This new map ? how credible is the source ? and will as usual the plots will be reduced as done by other BT projects. Do you see price rise aftar this new map ?

I asked for confirmation of the news and I did not say that BT stopped work,

I was in Karachi just before Ramzan. Bahria is building a big project right next to Avari towers and in order to improve approach to it, they are also building an underpass on main Shahrah e Faisal near Mehran hotel. Work on both projects was going on in full swing.

Has anyone visit the site of DHA valley recently to see the impact of MR interview on the working speed at ground? plz share ground realities..

The prices were expected to be reversed during Ramazan but this is not the case in actual and the prices are currently stable which are expected to rise after Eid.
