If this is true then they should be punished for corruption and playing with people’s hard earned money. They were the other cause of delays in this project. I pray that our courts and accountability system give justice to the people no matter how powerful and rich the criminal maybe , Ameen.

Every one who invests in a plot is an investor and dealer,valley is not such a dead product that people will start taking appointments at your given times,even if you start shopping around it will take you days,before you might find a reasonable deal,as any genuine price product is hounded by investors in seconds,which are hyper active these days in valley,so downgrade your standards and start searching,as far as development is concerned,you cant predict even your next moment what to talk of 20 years,its a game of chance,or probabilities rest a crystal gaze would have turned people billionaires if it really existed,cheers

I think DHA is just scapegoating 2 individuals in order to protect its image but the problem runs much deeper in the organisation. This is just small fish.
DHA Valley has a real chance to develop in the upcoming 3-5 Years. Presently, the management sitting in GHQ have keen interest as the society has used its name and it has become something associated with the organization's reputation.
Because of the immense pressure of which Malik Riaz was compelled to come on T.V and speak words about it.

The Next 1 year will be critical for DHA Valley. It will either break it or make it. People can’t afford to wait longer. This will be end of my patience after 2016.
I think that BT after having collected all the money here is not keen on spending the money, instead they want to collect more money from Karachi and perhaps Peshawar and then may come back here and ask for extra charges due to the delay in the project.
The army does not seem interested in saving its reputation, because people trusted and gave their money to army.
DHA valley is still dirt cheap if you compare it with other DHA projects. Once some on ground progress is seen in valley the prices will double/triple in very short period of time.
Its not cheap, it is selling for its market rate which is determined by progress on the ground or the lack of it in this case.
I hear that the property market is generally slow in Pakistan at the moment.
