Today I have an offer of 40 lacs on my DHA valley 4 Marla commercial in oleander block plot. The plot I bought recently at 35 lacs. Very tempting!
But all my sources say that if MR does not return back to valley, money wise, Askari bank will come forward to pour money for the possessed blocks?

Askari bank is in no position to pour money into DHA. They were under State Bank scrutiny a couple of years ago for doing the same thing, they were pouring money in to keep DHA afloat. This was part of the reason why DHA then went into partnership with MR so that they could get some of the money back to Askari.

I know for sure that Askari Bank had a problem with DHA regarding valley in the past.

There are so many uncertainties and shady dealings with Valley that I am glad I am not a part of it anymore - at least for the far away blocks
Dear Friends, What ever people say, if you have kept your DHA valley for 6 years, keep it for one more year. I bet the DHA valley will jump to 25 Lacks (current 10 lacks) till Next June 2016. Be careful and you should earn the profit for DHA valley instead of property agents.
Please hold your plots at least 6 months to one year because market is start rising.Hope for best in sha Allah.

Well the news is quite alarming but it could fall either way (in favor of vallians or against them). On the other side, the advertisement on print media is still going on supporting with a slow rise in prices. MR & Valley management was supposed to sit with Punjab Govt. In June to reslove the Dam issue as per his interview with Saleem Safi. Anyone knows anything further?
My gut feeling is that they gona give posession to some of the blocks soon to get rid of the public pressure and the rest of the blocks will take long time with a possible shrinkage in size of the valley.
Alhamdulillah valley prices are increasing slowly... Profit for olenader and lilly has jumped upto 4-6 lacs which are upto 4 lacs earlier..
Dadocha DAM case hearing is expected today in supreme court.. Basically Tariq Kamal (Retired general etc) has filed a case in NAB again DHA and Bahria for DHA valley project related to issues of Dadocha dam etc.. And now Malik riaz has said Tariq kamal has taken 5 crore from him by black mailing him and also provided CCTV footage..
In-spite of all these issue, DHA and Bahria will give possesion of DHA Homes and few blocks (highly expected oleander and lilly in sha Allah)...
