My preferences were Oleander and then Lilly in my budget for 8 marla.. I got good location boulevard "road 2" plot and i went for that.. In Sha Allah, Oleander and Lilly will return some good profit even on the possession of DHA Home..
Blue Bell, Rose, Sun Flower, Oleander and Lilly all are good for investment according to budget..
Regarding the possession, I think DHA Homes and Blue Bell will get possession first and it may take around 1 year because.. 1- DHA Homes construction still needs to be done in Oleander.. 2- DHA Expresses and Bridges needs to be completed..and infrastructure needs to be completed in all these blocks
Sohail Bahi, another angle of viewing the MR interview that… Since Bahria PH7 &ph8 dealers have not much work there in Bahria (this is my information, may be incorrect) and now they are also dealing in Valley this time… MR this interview, may for their benefit… All knows better…

Perhanps the hype is fake or real, but atleast the vallians will have a safe exit..
I personaly feel that they will give posession in some blocks very soon to get rid of heat they are feeling from different pressure groups and then the whole project might take ten more years...(Phase 8 is a good example to quote here)

Anyway, I personally feel that they will give posession in some of the blocks to defuse the heat they are getting from different stake holders and then slowly slowly they will develope the rest of the blocks. Phase 8 is a good example to quote here...Lets see
Is it a good idea to leave the file open (open for around 12 months now) or should i have it to my name. I have purchased it for investment purpose not for building anything on it. Kindly advise keeping the latest development in view.
Good news after a long time for Dha Valley investors today file trading plus 1 to 1.50 lakh profit.I am not sure after month but good time for those who like to move.

Possession most probably may start from Blue Bell.

Prices are increasing and no movement in this thread, isn't it strange:)
I had a chat with 2/3 dealers and all of them are confirming that the prices are going up but at the same time all are encouraging to sell and quit from this project as this might proved to be another artificial price hype.
Sohail Bhai, pricing are increasing and jumped upto 5 lac profit for lilly and oleander, and upto 7 lac for Blue Bell..
Dealers are manipulating the prices.. More sale and purchase, the more beneficial for dealers
One thing is dead sure, DHA has to give Homes possession in one year or by max two years in sha Allah, because of the maintenance cost of 600 lilly homes and also they are builing new houses in Oleander.
In current scenario IMO, invest only in oleander, lilly and blue bell.. Because DHA Homes possession would give jump lilly and oleander
Last week, Alhamdulillah i have purchased one file in Lilly and i am sure i took right decision/risk in sha Allah....
