DHA Valley

I heard that bridge that connects DHA to DHA Valley is completed? can anyone confirm that?

I visited couple of months back to DHA valley. I entered from DHA expressway entrance gate on GT road and travelled almost 6 KMs on DHA expressway, there were very few small patches which were not contructed, rest of the road is complete. To reach DHA valley,I have to leave DHA expressway from the exit gate after 6KM of traveling and have to use Rawat industrial road for next 2 KMs, then I reached in Sunflower.

There was no sign of DHA expressway for last 2KMs to reach to Sunflower. Development in Sunflower was totally stalled for last two years even sunflower is considered as overseas block. All its road have been completed two years before, sewerage system is in place, but major bottleneck is the road access.

News is enocuraging as most of the valley buyers are genuine house dreamers,who cant coup or afford the exorbitant property prices which have been witnessed in the last few years,in 9 10 lakhs you cant even dream of buying a shop in these renowned societies,but eventually it will take years before all blocks are possessed

Hopefully there is something good coming for DHA Valley. As i have seen myself, the area near DHA Homes seems to be quite developed, and also overseas blocks can be included in first phase of possessions. Lets hope for the best.

I see possibility of another investor fiasco in the making here. MR is too smart to give out the possession date like this. My assessment is that all this is being engineered to benefit Valley dealers to dump their files on newly trapped investors at higher rates.

At the time of possession, something similar to Bahria Enclave will happen. Some selected people will be given possession allowing bahria to claim credit. Remaining investors (read Majority) will still have to wait for many years before they get possession. By the time they realize that, prices will be dipping and dealers will again get their pound of flesh.

I am already seeing Valley dealers getting activated trying to lure in more customers. I myself have received calls from two different dealers since morning today who want me to invest in valley. Beware gentlemen, invest with your eyes open.

If you follow dha valley, you must know that GHQ has pressurized him a lot recently regarding dha valley development issues.

Malik Riaz is not supposed to make entirely false statements, there should be something in this statement.

Mr. Asad, Boganvilla has much work pending, you can't expect early possession as development started quite late in this sector. Magnolia and Sunflower are more developed.

This interview shows perhaps MR issues with PMLN are about to resolve. If it happens, its going to be good news for Pindi/Lahore investors.

I think there is good signs in Dha valley.Today Ch Nasir sit with PM (razinama).It's a positive step for whole Bahria projects.Ch Nasir was a big hurdle for MR so i hope things will settle down eventually inshAllah.It's really good news for zone5 especially phase8,Dha valley,Garden City.It's just my opinion Allah knows best.

Call it fake maneuvered or high,i went to bahria to get payment for my sold files,and i must admit dont know where bucks are coming from but valley is on consistent rise since last 4 days,bluebell 5 marla which was selling at 2.20 a week ago suddenly has crossed 3.90 ,i was lucky that i held couple of bluebells and let go some surrounding blocks,some are saying dha and bahria are taking bulk of files back as at this moment its impossible for them to buy land at 8 year back prices,others claim it to be a fake boom due to MR shosha on TV,next few days 2 months will decide clearly where valley is heading to if the prices dont turn back
