I don’t agree that DHA Valley price is good. Price is only good if development is likely to be completed early. If development is not completed then price would not change much except due to speculation. In that case you could put your money elsewhere and maybe even double before DHA management gets off their backside.
Also Malik Riaz is more interested in BT phase 8 than DHA Valley. He wants to populate BT 8 and to sell more commercial plots there, and DHA Valley would be a competitor to BT phase 8.
Orleander bluebell lilly have good potential in next 2 years,and buying selling is active in these blocks,
According to google earth no new development seems to have taken place since 2013.

I think Dha Valley can't reach to Bahria phase8 even coming five to eight years.It's may possible after eight years if they do fast development.

If the development is carried out quickly in DHA valley then many people would have an alternative to building a house in BT 8 after several years. People may like living in Islamabad as opposed to Rawalpindi and living in DHA as opposed to BT, and they maybe prepared to wait an extra few years for that.
Development is deliberately slow in DHA valley as it is a huge area and there would be enough plots there to house maybe 0.5 million people. This would slow down the housebuilding in BT 8 and divert some of the BT buyers into DHA valley.
It looks like that only Oleander and Lilly can return good profit whenever DHA announces Homes possession. It will happen in next 2-3 years in sha Allah.
I do not know why people prefer Blue Bell in current scenario when there is no development going on or have chances.
Bluebell connects dha expressway when ever bridge is completed,land acquired developement better then other blocks,its on height,

I want to invest 3-4M in commercial and some one suggested me to go for DHA Valley Commercial 4 Marla.
I need to invest for 1-2 years period,if some one suggest me is that a good option with good return in that period or another better option.

We are stuck in Valley almost a decade now and we have reached at a level where we cannot make a U Turn…Valley will either make our future or will ruin it completely…
It is not decade yet,people should wait ,some other projects like phase 8 bahira town was started in 2003’ not yet completed ,

I hope the new 10 lane Islamabad highway will increase the prices of DHA valley after it has been built but i guess this is another 5 year project. I can hold my plots at DHA Valley for few more years but this is getting ridiculous. The plot are in negative and worth peanuts due to rupees devaluation when i paid them in dollars back in 2008 to 2011. My relative who works in the Army and has a plot in the same location was given a choice by the Army to transfer his plot to DHA phase 3. This indicates that DHA management is aware that this project will be further delayed and willing to help out their employees but not the general public.
I bought the plots when my kids were born and hoped they would return some investment for the college fees. Looks like my prediction is coming true. Sadly.
It's long term investment but hope prices will rise in 2016 inshAllah.Allah know best.

The real estate sector of Pakistan is total mess…no solid regulations…no customer rights…every big brand in this field (CDA, DHA, Bahria, multi, etc.trying to steal money from common people…hell… My advice to all is that never ever go for any file to keep the future of your kids safe and happily…
Every body blame pakistan in every walk of life, people booked valley plots to gain profit, why they upset now . It is business ,do not blame motherland.
Mr Haseeb people are not upset for profit but for the delivery of plots which they were promised with in three years my friend this is not business this is furad unfortunately there are no laws to protect common people in the “motherland”. If companies and institutions like DHA do this kind of furad in civilized nations they have to pay millions in damages to the victims that’s why companies try to fulfill their commitments even before promised time because there is fear of law but Mr Haseeb “it happens only in civilized nations”.
I totally agree with Haseeb and all of us including me invested in Valley for profits and its nothing to do with country or people. We all are same in a way that if society brings profit ( inwhatrever manner or method) we become happy and otherwise we blame systema and people.
Including me and with my own eyes i have seen every second person doing wrong things and at the ame time blaming all others for doing wrong things.
