@Nadeem Blubell is good but I don't know I find Oleander more lucrative, or atleast better located vis a vis the price/profit. Bluebell seems over hyped specially when there's only 'news' of posession for months and months.

@Scorprion No offence taken. But even if I was selling mine for 6 lacs profit how could there be a trust issue, I fail to understand. I'm disclosing my demand out in the open and putting no one under any obligation to buy it from me. I don't find your agrument very rational I'm afraid. Whats your sincere advise about DHA Valley plots ....i have 4 plots. I am overseas Pakistani so dont know any thing about progress in valley.

I think it will develop but its a long term investment 5-10 years because all machinery is busy in Karachi. Secondly, there are few issues like only half of land is acquired plus dam construction. DHA also has not finished work on DHA Phase-2 extension where N block literally has to be leveled.When machinery comes back from Karachi then DHA valley will be fixed.

Many people do not visit the site and see the work going on in dha valley. Unless you visit, you have to depend on hearsay.

Fact is that their work on expressway bridge is very much done, and a flyover is to be built over the railway track, the work is going on there. Once dha valley connects to islamabad highway, a stable rise will start.

Second thing is that, you have no other option if you have a budget of 7 to 10 lacs, you can atleast buy in dha valley and have trust on dha that they will ultimately deliver.

Consider it for long term investment, but prices are expected to improve by 2016 onwards. Thats the time required until the expressway is completed, same time homes will get possession and market can revive.

I was talking to a dealer today about investing some 16-17 lakhs for 2-3 years. Surprisingly he suggested that I should buy 2 files in DHA valley. I always believed valley is good for short time trading. Can somebody please share if valley has any real potential for a good return on 2-3 year period? By potential I mean real development on ground, not speculative games. Thx.
