atlest some progress is going on at the site of valley...
If we have a glance at the length of the bridge you will realize that this is not the mega bridge which needs lots of designs, calculations and its environmental affects and, in my opinion it should not take that long of 1 year. Anyway, valley ppl have their own style of development.

Inshallah Mr. Sohail our investment in DHA valley will pay off.. Phase 8 took 10 years for possession to come.. Same scenario here.. But now phase 8 non-possession 5 marlas are minimum 20 lacs. Here 5 Marla is like 8 lacs. So on possession of even one block we can expect 20lacs for 5 marla and 30lacs for 8marla. Inshallah
