YES a few blocks plus DHA homes are good idea to think @ of risks and time involved .

VALLEY is the most safest mode of transaction for investors,as even bahria is done with files now and wants to earn transfer money by not leaving them open,secondly even for genuine investors its pretty easy to sell with all instalments paid and protected by DHA.

next few days it will prove itself,as big chunk of investors have popped in

I bought few files a week ago as wanted to do someyear end saving and on all of them i m getting 150 percent profit as per yesturday as in 25 lakh i bought 3 files though every 1 was discouraging me.

I visitd Valley 1 month before, there was no big work going on on the expressway. Slow development. Then why are prices rising suddenly, is it a short bubble like before or something actually happening? Thx

THANKX for the appreciation sohail bro,,,the market is everywhere going on bubbles these days ZG,but after getting disheartened by bahria,i had left them for good since last six months,with valley even if you are stuck and have to hold at least physiologically you are more satisfied with a state institution and with a meagre amount of file price where you can buy three 8 marla plots in just over 2 million,its better then throwing your money anywhere else,and even if gets stuck for a decade,eventually will give you jackpot one day,though people active in the market always suggest short term trading but its not every ones ball game with work restrictions,but the point is even at the depth of prices you still get convinced to buy due to above mentioned reasons,rather then throwing money on bahria purchees,,which to me has 0 credibility left,

This will eventually come good. I think it’s just another bubble coming up not because of work because real work will only be carried out around 2017-2018 (10 years after file release; as this is the norm)

If you use google earth view on dha valley you can see that there has been some development. You can see the roads in blocks like Sunflower. You can also see many structures in the DHA Home area.

I am not saying that we will get possession soon, but some work has been done..

The future can be promising.

The main problem with the DHA Valley is the construction of expressway. Once the expressway has been constructed and few houses are built in any one block of valley then there is a chance of price escalatation

Yes, I agree. They are having some issues with expressway but as you can see from the maps, socities like Sunflower are almost ready. For sunflower they can even give access from GT road. DHA are just being slow because they still need to finish development of DHA phase 2
