I feel sorry for you Saleh--I really do. I can understand your pain but bro please don't worry its just temporary thing. Real Estate is all about patience (sometimes it could be more than you asked for) but when you get the results, they make up for the misery you went through. This area cannot be ignored forever and DHA cannot really expand in twin cities without taking care of such an enormous chunk of land--this will keep haunting them unless they develop it first. So bear with it and inshaAllh you will get the returns like a bullet-repayment.

Let me tell you a story: in 1992, my dad bought a plot in Lahore for Rs. 112,000. At that time presumably, this was quite a reasonable amount. General masses in Pakistan did not know about Real Estate investing at that time, so people said that you have wasted your money. Anyhow time went by and what people had said at that time seemed true as the price wouldn't move for years. We forgot about it and in 2013 we received a few letters from the developer that there are some dues on your part; clear them up and take the possession. We tried to find the price out before clearing the charges and were surprised to learn that there is an offer of 11 million. Wowwww an over 425% annual return. Even if you take the inflation out its still pretty reasonable huh? :) So see DHA Valley just like that please and don't lose your heart. InshaAllah Khair

DHA Valley though is quite delayed than its schedule, however, mind u, ur investment is safe and after 3-4 years u will get the return, so dont panic. From investment point, all those who have patience to wait 4 at lest 3-4 years, can invest, my personal experience say that after 3-4 years , it wil giv very good return.

Dear Bluedoctor Bro - In Valley case ppl are waiting since end of 2008. Its already been six years now. We could wait for more but at least Valley mgmt has to show some concern and give clear picture to its investors.

I went to a dealer last nite,what ever are the reasons god knows,either artifical or their is a news in the making,prices have jumped since last one week,i have been getting a reasonable profit on my files,waiting for few more days before selling,

I personally consider valley as one of the safest investment even in the current price tag at least in pindi/islamabad market,and if it hits a jackpot,profit can go up to 400percent,homes will definately get a possession even if worst comes to the worst in two years,which will automatically boost the prices of everyblock,

Agreed with You Adnan Bro…the only thing is they have to keep their investor posted with the current development and intended dates of completion…They are on sleeping mode since couple of years which is creating speculations about the project’s future.

I personally believe that its a long term and safe investment and considering the low amount its easy to hold it for a long. Keep it tightly and it will reap inshaAllah.
