If I compare my kanal plot in Multi B-17 with DHA-2 kanal plot I purchased recently there is no comparison sir. Multi plot is much more beautiful but what can we do, people go for DHA name tag. Overseas Pakistanis don't trust easily because there are many stories of plot qabza, fraud and double file sale. So they think safe to go with Army name or Bahria.

Multi was best in past and Multi did a good job in E-11 but Multi is completely failed in current projects.

Dha phase2 is 100 times better than Multi projects.In Sep 2013 Dha phase2 N and P block 10 marla price was 2.5 to 2.9 Million and now 3.8 to 4.5 million.

Multi B-17 E block around Markaz 35x70 price was 3.8 to 4.2 Million and now 2.8 to 3.2 Million.

Why?Can you Explain Pardesi?No because you don't know ground reality.It's all because of greedy and selfish management who don't want to sincere with project.

What they did in last year in B-17?Where is AGM and where is Ch Majeed?Where is his words?Where is his promises?Why they promises if they can't follow.

The promise given was a necessity of the past,the word broken is a necessity of the present.

Name tag nahi bhai location ki baat hai. One E11 sub-sector also belongs to multi then why is it fully populated and prices are so high. DHA might not also be ideal location but at least it lies within civilization. B17 and most zone 2 societies seems to be out of city.

I laugh every time i read comments of B17 investors about how natural flow of Islamabad is towards zone 2 and how the new zero point is near G15. You can build imaginary roads and bridges but in the end good location is all thats matter.

Is it true that market of DHA-2 has slowed down considerably as compared to previous months ?

Does it mean that DHA-2 has entered correction phase ?

I know couple of DHA investors who just made exit from DHA-2, told me this.

Or it might be an affect of overall down turn in pindi Islamabad property values, which is impacting DHA too. ??

Sheikh sab according to my information.P and Q blocks are rising and market is stable.Market will little jump after Eid holidays because mostly overseas are coming on vacation.

Guys are you sure market is rising in DHA-2? What about K and L blocks? What is the situation there? Can Saadi or any other DHA specialist shed some light here?

I wonder what is the impact on K,L,M,N due to DHA Valley activity as it has gained lot of momentum these days? Saadi comments appreciated.

Saadi bahi is on vacation because much sell,purchase is going on in Dha phase2.I get a good offer of my plot in P block so it's true market is rising.

K and L good plots have crossed 10 million mark...The expressway development is definitely affecting the prices..

In my opinion it is time to buy or hold your plots..

Matrix bhai what about the other side of DHA 2 A-P any change in price there because as you say K and L have risen in price then the price must have risen in A-P for sure.

Perdesi bahi you are right multi B-17 most blocks are at solid ground and good level but in DHA phase 2 there is very different train.

Question :- Since there is considerable difference in price when plot is in depression is this is the case with DHA phase 2...As i think depression plots are in abundance or in case of DHA difference is not that much?

how much " P" block is developed..is plot no "6" street 21..good location?

And how do we see investing as compared to Gulberg,G-15/16,Multi or bahria.

Please help make me decision can hold it for 2 years.
