Nadeem sb, you are correct about DHA valley as prices are increasing in positive after many years. Are you located in ISB/rwp area since you seems to know all the society prices in ISB highway.

I am in Kuwait but i know because i sold my plot F block of Gulberg which i purchased in Sep 2014 in 3M and sold in 3.8M.Other hand i have some plots in Dha phase2 and dealers giving me good offers.It's mean all societies are rising around expressway.If you check olx or zameen.com then you can find difference in last six months.Prices are increasing because of expressway.It's just my opinion.

DHA-2 is better than Gulberg or BT-8 from purely investment point of view in my opinion.

Yes prices are rising that's why i sold because i get 8 lakh in year so no more greed Alhamdulillah.
I am seling P block of Dha phase2 also because i need money for some construction.I am not going to phase8 or any land.

Always bet on DHA or Bahria if you can. Price rise graph is best I these two after CDA which is number one if possession is available.
Pardesi, house construction is gradually increasing on KLMNP side of DHA. Its slow because no commercial area has been developed yet. Its just a matter of time that it will get populated and we will not be able to get a decent plot.Expressway expansion is going at full swing as I live in Islamabad and witness it daily…

Go to Dha phase2 with close eyes because it's 100 times better than Gulberg.

After all, Gulberg is closer to Zone 1 as compared to DHA-2 and it sems Gulberg has planned more green zones - right or wrong?

Gulberg greens farm housing scheme is good option but you can't compare Gulberg Residencia with Dha phase2.

Gulberg greens is closer to Zone-1, Gulberg Residensia NOT !!
DHA-2 will have much smooth access from ISB once expansion is completed.
But development standards seem to be average or slightly above average in DHA-2 KLMNPQ…
