Do u think in 80 Lac demand for block L street 28 is reasonable and justified?
@Lost pakistani, 6 Months back the price in L sector was 95lac to 1 corer. So is the price falling now to 80 lac? if yes, it seems reasonable to me.
@Asad Malik bro But this street at end of L sector in deep and not fully carpeted.I personally visit this street 4 month back.

Right now nothing in 80 in K Or L except irregular shaped plots. So it is a good price even though a bit depression in the area but plots in this street are road level.

Depression is normal thing in this area.Prices are rising after news of expressway and you can't find after six months in this budget.I am not very sure about street28 but you can check local market before final deal.

Nadeem is right prices are rising and very few good plots are available in market. There is gap between demand and supply at the moment.
What is the rate of a good 1 Kanal, corner or main road plot in K,L or M Block presently…
Around 1 crore. But you can find corner in cutting ploys (irregular shaped) or nala plots for much less.
Has anyone who has visited the site recently seen any updates/work on DHA Phase 2 Ext?
Nothing hapening in Phase-2 ext.
Dha phase2 Ext is for next generation.

By the way, does anyone know a little bit of the history of Sectors K,L,M,N,P and Q?
Were these developed by Commoners Town and then taken over by DHA-2 and when? Or did Commoners Town only design the project while DHA did the development works? Is the standard exactly the same as DHA or is it plus minus?
How are sectors on this side of the Islamabad Highway (KLMNPQ) different from Sectors Sectors A to H and how are they different from Sector J which is on the same side as Sectors A to H??? After all Sector J was was also Commoners Town.
Finally who were the sponsors/people behind Commoners Town??? Why did they hand over their project to DHA? And how and when did this deal happen? Are they doing any other projects these days?
Any experts of DHA-Islamabad on this forum who can shed some light on these important issues for everyone's benefit???

If you travel from Islamabad highway to Rawat A to H and J block at your right side and Dha phase2 K,L,M,N,P,Q at you left side.
First entry Liaquat ali khan BLVD 130ft wide.
Second entry Expressway 150ft wide when you traval on expressway commercial belt and all blocks at your left side except P block because P will at your right side.
When you travel Liaquat ali khan BLVD K block will come first at your left side and L will your right side.
Liaquat ali khan BLVD will division at roundabout to Johar BLVD 130ft wide.At Johar BLVD N will your right side when it will turn right and left road wide will short to 100ft M block will front of you.
Dha phase2 K,L,M,N,P,Q blocks design by Commoners but developed by Habib Rafiq construction under Dha.(Some of modified by Dha)

I think development standard is in plus(just my opinion)

What are prices in P and Q blocks?
Price of one kanal in Sector P is in range of 70 to 80 lakhs while in Sector N it is 65 to 75 lakhs.
How does anyone see price appreciation in the future against Gulberg. Regardless of higher prices at one end and lower at another, which is better in terms of gains for the next few years
For price appreciation, i have learned one thing:-
"Always bet on CDA, DHA or Bahria".
Other societies may be equally good or even better. But there are some classes of people who are obsessed with CDA, DHA and Bahria. These are overseas Pakistanis and people who are from Army or go after Army people. These people drive the prices up and up.
