When is the right time to sell my all dues paid plot in sector 'K' of Phase 2 Extension and for how much? I even don;t know where it has been accommodated in the new sectors A,B, C or D of phase 2 extension.

Yes some streets have litigation so you need to check on the ground before buying… The people there are generally notorious and not easy to move (an example is a small patch in DHA Expressway is a dirt track) - because the guys there in litigation

I don’t think there is any problems of litigation in developed streets. Or is there?

Does it mean that we should buy only those plots which are allotted to the owners and not the files?

Suleman and Anees Khan - please check with DHA office before purchase and you will know… Yes it is mainly non possession streets which are files.

I am thinking of investing 20 million in P and Q sectors for short term profit in one year.

According to my assessment for short term gains and also safe investment this is best blocks in pindi islamabad.
