My friend going to final in Q block St 15 in 8.5M kanal plot which is developed area. According to my visit P and Q will be the best in future.Allah know best.

Could you please ask your friend why he did not look for a plot on Ist or 2nd Avenue or River view Road (all these are wide roads) when he is paying a huge price of 85 lacs in sector Q?. I mean in this price he could have find a plot in K,L,M and N sectors. Second question is when your friend is expecting to get physical possession of the plot and permission to build on it from the DHA Islamabad management?

Did you visit the Q block?Please visit the site.It's developed plot and Q block is70% especially developed area.Q block is on the Dha expressway and both P and Q blocks have service roads.
I think access is best than K,L,M and N.I don't know what he see more in this block.He just sent me sms but I will ask him in detail.

I agree with you about Q block. When I posted link initially sent by Sheikh saheb it has 4 photographs of Q sector of phase 2. There are plain and have well developed streets and have electric polls. Looks live ready for possession. Same for P sector also.
But my question was that in the same sectors there wide avenues and at this time with the 80+ lacs price he could have found one. Why he choose street 15 and also non-corner plot at such high price?
I am still waiting for your latest photographs of these sectors.

85 lac for a plot which you still cant see on ground to say yes this is my piece of land. This is too much and one should add 10 more and get plot in deveoped A to H sectors.
Investors are playing here by increasing prices.

@Sufyan Sb, I believe sector Q is a small one and is on ground and fully developed. Nadeem sb and others may correct me if wrong.
I saw it one year back while I was checking progress on DHA expressway and noted this development on right side - even had street numbers and everything. At that time I was not able to find out whether it was a part of DHA 2 or not (I had no idea about it being sector Q) otherwise might have got something there

In 85 lakh developed plot in Q block.
I don't know it's dealers or investors game but it's ground reality.Prices are very high in both sectors.

Somebody has just informed me about new sectors of Phase 2 that only sectors K L M and N have permission to build a house on the plot. This means sectors Q and P plot owners will have to wait for construction. I am sure this may be a cause of price difference of similar plots between sectors Q and P plots and sectors K L M and N plots.
If somebody has explored the market please let us know about the prices in previously developed sectors A to H. I am afraid they may be a minimum of a crore and 20 lacs for a 1 kanal plot.
if somebody does not want to build a house immediately then sector Q or P is an ideal location. Less in price and a quicker access to DHA Express way and I am sure not too much time to wait for construction.
What the experienced gurus have to say about it?
