Sardar ji for your knowledge army persons gets FREE land cost plots as service benefit. They will only pay 17.5 lacs development charges and those too most likely now in 25 years of easy installments.

Very sad to hear the type of language used by @sardar. I have reported his ID as abusive. I expect all honourable members to do the same. Such people are affecting the sanctity of such forums and nullify the actual cause of sharing useful information.

I really respect Mr. CMY with heart. He is no doubt a businessman but his advice is always honest and effective.

I have sent an email also to block @sardar.

Now this gentleman will use abusive language against me but I damn care. One can only have pity on mental condition of these sort of people

i too also add that Mr. CMY had also been sarcastic and had actually knowingly with all the bad intention provoked sardar and ridiculed is cast.

I strongly condemn sardar post and language and also cmy behavior too.

Investor interest is a bit stagnant.

Some other related info. For those who don't know it already.

The metro project is almost complete, roadworks are done and stations are being built, so smooth going to DHA site now.

There's a long time plan that Bosan Road will be expanded by 100 ft after Zakariya University Gate. Been pending due to the inefficiency of local politicians but I think now DHA will surely and effectively influence to make it a double road at least up to its entrance. At the moment, Bosan road is a double road up to Zakariya Uni gate only.

Rates of the surrounding societies have consistently increased in past few years;

In Model Town a kanal plot has crossed one crore mark, used to be 70-80 lac/kanal 2 years ago.

In Wapda Town ppl are asking more than a 1 million per marla now. Approx 7 lac/marla a year ago.

Royal Orchard scheme of (Habib Rafiq Ltd) on Multan Public Road is trading above 5 lac/marla. Launched at 4.5/marla i think.

Buch Villas a small private one man society, right opposite DHA gate is trading above 5 lac/marla. Approx 3.5 lac/marla a year ago

So whether or not there comes a correction of few lac, its imminent that in 5 years time DHA has got enough potential to cross the Crore/kanal mark.
