Theres a possibility that DHA Villas of 5, 8 & 12 Marla will be launched first. And from what I know they will have a very high price tag.
After that DHA may or may not offer plots on installments immediately but will do the balloting of existing files, comsidering the volume of files available with civilians against land submission, DHA may not need to go for public sunscription in first phase. Instead selling villas will get them a higher profit ratios and at the same time will give a good push to existing kanal
Files and military allocations.
Its just a guess work, trying to connect the dots based on limited info available.
But certainly there will be major updates by year end/early 2016.

please advise that the file of 1 kanal at 29 lkah. Is it all paid or are there any development charges to be paid later. If so how much if you have any idea or correct figure.
29 lack is file price. You will probably need to pay around 19 lac in 3 year installments as development charges after balloting.
Development chages are 17.5 lac.Payable in 3 years installments.
News regarding Multan: Next section of Faislabad Multan Motorway is started by PM. Approval by Economic Division is given for the Lahore to Multan motorway (230km) which is part of Lahore to Karachi motorway. I believe that travel duration will reduce to 2.5 hrs.

Khan sb its holding well in the market despite continuous supply of files.
Ballot is expected in Feb/Mar 2016 and if u take a rough benchmark of DHA Peshawar launch at 55 lac and DHA Bahawalpur at 38 lacs; both without development charges.. A very conservative launch price estimate of DHA Multan would be about 50 lacs so i see in 4 - 6 months time, the file will at least be around 40 lac.
