DHA Multan project.

Total size of project = 72000 Kanal

Land in possession till today = Approximately minimum 24000 Kanal

Land needed for 1st ballot of many parietal future ballots= 20000 Kanal

Town planning for 1st ballot already completed. Not 100% sure but very like each allocation file issued till ballot day will be included in 1st ballot regardless of Moza location.

Pure military project that is "NOT" a private developers & DHA partnership. Just like Lahore DHA proper in DHA Multan 1 kanal file issued only after DHA gets possession and title of 4 kanal agriculture land. No land no files

Superb location precisely positioned in extreme nearness to Bossan Road, Northern-Bypass and Bahauddin Zakaria University.Also very close to DHA Multan are Wapda Town, Women University, Khanewal Road in addition Daewoo Multan Terminal is also few minutes’ drive away.

Multan Metro Bus construction is also ongoing upto DHA Multan.

DHA Multan main entrance gate and main boulevard with green belt is currently already under development. (Only black top is needed) .

MOU and many contracts are already signed for Golf course country club and 1000s DHA villas with many large major companies.

Roughly half of the land is acquired according to what I have heard. I will reconfirm and let you know inshaAllah.

The total project is of 72000 Kanals.

In this 30000 kanal is already acquired.

Phase 1 of this project requires 25000 kanals..

Initially first phase ll b launched.Town planning is complete.

Expected Launching date is between nov. To March.

Seems like DHA Multan is gradually loosing steam. Prices are going down. Any one who can provide some details about the latest happenings or rumous floating in the market?

Why the prices are going down? What’s the latest file price?

I think below reasons of prices going down;

1- its a very long terms investment

2- nobody knows the confirm launch date

3- more supply of plots than demand

4- even if it is launched it will take a minimum of 5 years to develop and get possession

File price has not gone down below 28 in more than 6 months.

Its stable around 28.5. Likely to increase very sooon.

Yes Nov to Mar is the expected launch of dha Multan. Now even google has marked the boundry of dha multan in maps online. The area google map is showing makes approx 1250 acres but offcourse dha has more land available than that.

Anyone rough idea abt the expected dha multan file price on installments?
