I agreed in 28.75. But i am a bit confused bcz someone is saying me mouza Nudhand is in last part of phase 1 and its better that file should be in Raipur. But dealer is saying me that balloting will be based on buyer CNIC no not on mouza.
To my information it doesnt matter. Balloting does not take mauza into account.
Price of Dha Multan file declining on lahorerealestate.com. Came down to 28.70 from 28.90. Any special reason for this decline

Some development work have started. Main gate under construction and half KM main Boulevard of DHA Multan ready for final carpeting in days.
I paid 28.75 + 500000 for membership fee +6500 transfer fee + dealer commission.
Aoa, yesterday one dealer told me 29.50 including all costs,,, another dealer told me 28.50 file rate only,,,, these prices without negotiation,,,, i think if negotiate properly, one can get a file within 29 or a little higher.

Does anyone have information when the commercial plots will be offered based on dha history. I mean it will be offerd along with the official launch of residential project or it will be offerd afterwards. After 2-3 years of residential. Also what you people think of commercial in dha multan, considering bosan road is commercial as well. As far as residential is concerned my relative went for buying file and he is confident that dha multan is at a great location and future is very good.
DHA Multan has a good future and will reward those who can hold this file for the next three years minimum. Small fluctuations in price will continue until the ballot, but after that, there will be no stopping it.

I dont think there is any chance of balloting this year…may be in june 2016
This case belongs to Dha Lahore phase7 X-block only.There is some dispute of land between Dha Lahore and villagers.
