At least decade not 3 years. Pls follow the time line of each DHA project, but I would be happy to get it as earlier as possible. Its just a dream at the moment but we should be prepared to face the reality.

Comparing it with other dha projects, dha gujranwala where ppl dumped money and now waiting may b for another 5+ years. In dha phase 2 extension islmabad ppl invested im 2005 hoping it will give some appreciation in 3 years now its 2015, after 10 years still price is in minus. We got to understand dha multan is again hype cteated by investors, same like when investors of dha gujranwla did the same. Prices will again go to 25. Long term yes it will give good return. And long term means 5 to 7 years

My friend bought 1 kanal file in 37 now its 26 lac.
Every scheme is taking at least 3-5 years to grow.Tell ur friend wait and he ll get a good return.But if u can take my advise,then tell him to sell gujranwala and purchase Multan.Actually Multan location vise is very very good.Land arrond it for other schemes is between 4-8 lac per marla.Even private schemes those are lanched on installment,they are selling one kanal between 60-90 lac there.

DHA Multan file rate is hovering around 28.5 for last 3 weeks. DHA Baha www alpur file is around 30.5. What may b the reason. Ideally Multan dha shud hav higher price tag. Any comments
When dha Multan and dha GUjranwala came in the market their rate was between 35-40 lac. Dha bahwalpur ll also settle down with the time.

I am going to buy file in dha multan phase 1. Dealer told me that its from mouza basti Noudhand. He is saying all the files from different mouzas of phase are equal. There is no difference wether the file is from rai pur or any other. Please any one can confirm this. I will appreciate your quick response.

@IM. The dealer rightly said. File can b purchased from any mauza it doesn’t matter. It will not affect even ballotting.
