Mcdonald’s restaurant opened in Bahria Town Phase-7 yesterday. Another facility for the residents of Bahria. As per newspaper footage, Malik Riaz was there & inaugurated the restaurant. I think he visited Phase-7 & 8 after a long time.
Will that improve bahria market?

The only way for bahria upleft is
1=confidence in bahria from general public
2=possession in areas awaiting since 10-13 years(phase8 blocks.M/N/J/K/ etc
3=fulfill the promises(bahria) for what investors have paid and are stuck at stagnation of their investments plus even negative results(BE2)..
4=NOT to launch any thing in any other city /or even any other fresh launch without land in hand(as they did with BE2)
5=Relieve bahria market from the grip of manipulators , the big monsters(dealers)
I am surprised to know its only second Mcdonalds restaurant in Pindi/Islamabad, keeping in mind the big size of this twin city. So, i assume lot of people in the neighbouring areas would travel in Phase-7 for Mcdonalds so other commercial activities in the area would also accelerate.
It is in Greenvalley phase 7 and very close to Phase 8 and DHA 1.
I have been watching detailed TV commercials of Bahria Enclave on Dunya News from last 2-3 days. It seems MR is now giving slightly more importance to Pindi/Islamabad projects
Opening of MacDonald in phase 7 is a good news for phase 7, however, malik riaz sab needs to do something for phase 8, where development of major infrastructure is pending for the last so many years. Moreover, MR also needs to restore the confidence of bahria enclave 2, where especially small investors are in turmoil.
Malik Riaz will be busy buying some land somewhere to launch a new project so that he can get his hands on other peoples money instead of developing the existing projects for which he has collected money from people years ago.
It's good news that MR is visited the project.I am very hopeful that Bahria phase8 will improve more.

Possession plots have improved in the last few weeks,i am still incuring a lose of 2 lakh on a plot purchased in peak times,dealer had a confirm client since yesturday,and visited me all the way to islamabad at 11pm last nite,game 2 lakh pa phunsee hoe ha,lets see if we conclude something tomorow,

Dear Adnan , can you share details of your plot and at what price you purchased it…
Gone for 55@f1 700 series boulevard,on main umer avenue,had a good deal far better then daku dealers,at this stage only house makers are going for these plots,investors dont have any juice neither patience for gradual increase
I think there is still juice for genuine buyers but not enough for investors.
