Bahria Town Phase 8 rise in 2015

@ManahilEstate...sir would you please clarify the possession and non possession blocks, bcz it was on your website as well ,that only M.K.J .F2/3/4/5 possession remains while other all are now with possession.

AND my second query is , i know that your office is in phase 8 so you know the ground facts, so please tell us about that bahria CENTRAL CUSTOMERS SERVICE OFFICE on 100 kanal inauguration by M.R in march 2014 in close to overseas enclave( possibly business district)??

Is ther anybody on this forum who visited Phase-8 in last 2-3 months?

Well there is nothing worth mentioning on ground. Rather i would say nothing happened in last 6 months in bahria rwp/ isb. Some people just want to make it rise by statements. Nothing personal so dont mond if i have said the truth, plz. :).

I do visit phase 8 every month and each time i go there 2 to 3 houses start thier construction in C block… And the biggest mosque of phase 8 is also under construction there

This is exactly what i wanted to know, the construction activity. Construction of houses consolidates the prices in any society. I heard from another source as well that many people are constructing their houses which shows Phase-8 is slowly moving from the hands of investors to genuine customers.

How is the construction activities going on in F1 thanks

I acknowledge contruction pace n phase 8 as i went their 3 weeks ago n saw house next to my plot n f1 .just for interest gv details to a dealer friend n got n offer n two days though it was more or less the same cost at which i bought n 2013.but freefall has stopped which itself was due after gambling session bk then.now good loc plot is a risk free investment as far as its n possession n prices r eithee stagnant or creeping up marginally .in two three years reasonable profit can b xpected.with the current interest rate banks r no attraction either but still non possession buying i wont advise bahria recent history is quite vulnerable

Few months back i visited and there ws zero activity at Business District and heard now that ppl started constructing at F1.Is there any pic of F1?

Sector F4 is currently being developed.Heavy machinery is in place and working.

My brothet has plot in F1 boulevard (390-400 series), he told me 6-7 houses were under construction in his street 4-months ago.

What C and B blocks look like today ,it is same what phase 4 use to look in 2008.i was the first person to construct home in my street. Now u can see where phase 4 is and where phase 8 would be after 4 to 5 years

I loved DHA’s villa which u can see from statue of liberty…so beautiful and so expensive above 2 crore . I think it ll take 5 years for phase 8 to show some positive sign in term of population

In my opinion Bahria phase8 is one of best place for living and future is very bright inshAllah.Agree with Adnan Dha1 is best for living and better than Dha2.

Visited Ph 8 last month, was mainly interested in I and H block as they have reasonable price and near to main business district. Construction activity is on in H, E and F1 blocks..

I think now these areas require some commercial construction activity also , which will interest ppl to build more houses.

Yes i also think that now the focus is shifting from investors to genuine builders in Ph 8.

I visit Phase8 every day when i m in pakistan every alternative month as i am building one 7 marla house there for sale. Actually i build one plaza there and the contractor gave me lot of losses since i work outside the country. Than i kickout the contractor in the middle of project and decided to build Plaza myself. It was a hectic job but atleast i was able to construct the plaza on my own terms.

After Plaza i realized that there is a need of genuine builders as there is lot of people here which dont tell you the truth and use the material which is not good just to gain small profits.So started building the house for genuine buyers and also benefit my self as well.

So there are lot of construction activities going on in F1 in last 2 months i have seen atleast 10 new houses started. And its increasing.

I totally agree with forum members now the genuine buyers are there and within 4 to 5 years as i can see the construction activity there would be lot of houses and genuine buyers.

Its nice to know that people are constructing homes there. Increase in population will automatically create the demand for commercial activities in that area.

Can some one please confirm price range of 10 marla plot in block C

I am totally agree with A M Abbasi sab that It looks like the future's really bright of Phase8.
