Bahria Town Phase 8 rise in 2015

Sayeein sahab i believe you are correct about bahria.

There is a guy who pretend to be very smart but very very illmannered and fails to agree to anyone..you can pick him up from alot of threads.

Sayeein on btk your understanding is quite optimistic and even beyond the commonly agreed sense of understanding on btk, which is that"btk launched at higher prices (3 times higher than bahria pindi phase 8 launching prices),covers an unknown vast areas for hundreds of thousands of files,whom practical existence seems a huge challenge ,and highest level of uncertainty surrounding its success and its closest Challenger dha city strangulating its neck in the same rope ,as used in bahria pindi projects by chance holders to drag bahria town "

So the disquieting facts for btk lovers are that bahria pindi/Islamabad will boom at much higher end than btk in the end.

regarding your bewitching princess "the Gulberg", with lots of bergs perfuming the depressed real estate in pindi/islamabad now a days won't be able to stand up to the dealer mafia games in coming few years , as its having 15000 plus plots with less than 40 % infrastructure in place and yet very little to understand, yes for investment its not bad but comparing it with a proven giant is a bit exaggeration.

is key baad jo merzi kahani banani hey bana lein....result phir samney aa jayee ga...per guzra wakt wapis nahi aata.

the same way we did in past 8 months.

But reading above comments its a healthy competition , Lets see how a new born ( but very strong positive reveiws) will perform against thebankable giant in case of phase 1-8( whose repute is at stake because of BTK and DHa Valley perform)

But my one question is not answered yet do Gulberg have NOC or not ?

there is another property on lethrar road and its called gulberg town. That one does not have.

so dont buy in the one called gulberg town.

Gulberg developers are same who developed pakistan town near pwd?? pakistan town was also very nicely develpoed but with the passage of time due to no maintanance and negligence u can see its present state … Same could happen with gulberg. One the possession would be given there wont be that type of maintenance plantation which bahria keeps in its own land. Thats why bahria is the best place to live atleast there is someone to attend ur complain and keeps ur surrounding clean and green . And the brands of shops and hotels what bahria already hash in spring north and bussiness bay ,gulberg will never fetch them

Asad bahi very well point and i also have same arguments about bahria. Acchi housing society bana koi bade baat nahi but uskay environment ko clean or maintain rakkhna he tu asal success hy jis main bahria num 1 hay.

Too much discussion about Gulberg on a Bahria thread.. Gulberg ke lie separate threads running.

We would appreciate if members can discuss pro and cons of Ph 8...

Check ker lein..ho sakta hey key gulberg ka rate kal 1.5 lakh cherh gaya hoo.

As i cleared already that Gulberg is good for investment but Bahria phase8 future is bright.

Pakistan town is front of us and other hand Bahria phase1 to 6.

You can close your eyes to reality but not to memories

Us wakt tou bas loog hath maltey reh jayeein gey...infact bahria ko gaalian dein gey.

Wakt wapis nahi aata.....theek usi tarah jaisey 8 months wapis nahi aaye.

Problem with ph 8 is that it is far far away from Islamabad, I personally know people who shifted there and later regretted as travelling to and from Islamabad is not convenient. Once construction for houses start in Gulberg and Enclave, ph 8 wont be a first choice for many. Ph 8 suits more to those working in pindi.sadar/rawat/, but no doubt PH 8 in itself is very good as far as the living standard and facilities are concerned.

As sayen sb said, times wont remain the same, DHA-2 and Gulberg will become serious contenders to take Bahria's place for high standard living sooner or later.

MR does few good things but yet poops in it, Take example of Bahria phase 1-6, not many people know that Bahria town is dumping all of ph1-6 and Ph7-8 garbage in Soan river on cornice road, resulting in irreversible environmental/natural habitat damage to as far away as Fateh Jhang. Not to mention a foul smell present in bahria town.
