Bahria Town Phase 8 rise in 2015

Phase 8 is populated, people have started living. It's not a bad investment at all. Trust me it's going to grow

Gulberg is good as well

We must focus on returns on our hard earned money being in total grip of the giants ,whom we praise/criticize for baseless facts,or self satisfaction(may be right sometimes)

Whats the need of turning something tiger and other tigress ,as both are cruel in nature and cannot be befriended for granted.

Phase 8 is no doubt the best of bahria in pindi in terms of infrastructure, and future prospects so one cannot be blindly naive in themes, nor optimist in blind love to ignore the facts.

gulberg is not tested yet , and only time will decide the donnybrook of wining horse for the king.

Any how phase 8 (possession areas) will boom again and will show its true value .i have my investment here ,and no doubt its down 10-40 % from area to area,yet it can rebounce again very surely ,bcz it has all the ingredients for such bounce back action(ready infrastructure best in twin cities, well planned, intermingled with DHA or encircled by DHA,expats populous here etc).

Phase 8 is one of the far far best for peaceful living specialy for middle class families with low budget. Phase 8 contains natural beauty and vastness. I don’t know about Gulburg but I’m. Sure that phase 8 is far far better than Gulburg in terms of living purpose. If your house at height then you can see the real beauty from your top floor at the night. For me phase 8 is like a separate town with advanced infrastructure. Guys look at the vastness of the area. With current construction activities InshaaAllah after 5 years it’s look tottly different .

As of now yes I agree that phase 8 is one of the best places to LIVE.

I have no disagreement as the facilities are really good.

for investment it is not good at all.

If Sayein is so confident about Gulberg than we should look into Gulberg. Seeing is beleiving. Secondly the NOC condition of Gulberg needs to be checked.If everything is Ok than it should be good for investment.

For residential purpose imediately i think phase 8 is the best of the lot we have. AS there are lot of houses already build there and it is already become a society where you can get almost everything from shopping , daily groceries to entertainments like Cinema etc.

Gulberg is good for investment and Guberg have a some advantages like nearest to Islamabad and coming expressway.

No doubt Gulberg prices are rised in last one year and continuously rising because of Star marketing and new expressway otherwise development standard can't match with Bahria.once Gulberg give possession then game will be very clear.

Bahria Phase7,safari valley and some part of phase8 is populated with all basic facilities.

Gulberg is not tested yet so at the moment can't say anything.

I am not the one who moves the market. The market moves on fundamentals. Hero wo hey jo market ko follow kerey. Wo nahi jo assumptions hi lagata rahey..For now Bahria is full of assumption.

Let me explain one more thing. Aur jis ko nahi suneni wo kaan band ker ley.

If Bahria prices now go up......once again if if if Bahria prices now go up, Gulberg prices will go double, IA

Whoever figures the reason out, will be the one who Sayeein will consider as a true investor.

Yes it's true i purchased plot in F block of Gulberg and it was your advise even i don't know much about Gulberg but i know very well about Bahria.

As i cleared you Gulberg is good for investment and before time we can't compare Bahria with Gulberg.As yet no possession any part of Guberg so wait and see what will happen in near future.

It's not mean that prices are rising and Gulberg will be best in future because in Bahria 2013,2014 price of F1 was 10 marla 5 to 6 million and now 4 to 4.8 million because of investors move to BTK.

Wait and see once Gulberg will give possession then we can compare.Waqt se pehle indaza aksar galat ho jata hain.

Kyun na hum Eid par barbecue party ka program bana lain?Aik party Bahria ma ior Aik Gulberg ma?

I think anybody who buys possession plots in Bahria Phase-8 at current price levels would be the real winner. Seeing is believing. Its almost impossible if anybody believe that phase-8 prices will remain at the same level even if the people are continuously constructing homes there. Population drives the market & prices provided that society is providing livable facilities. Its just a matter of time

Gulberg is also good for the time being for investment but its not compareable with Bahria as said by Nadeem sb. Bahria's owner and management is time tested but Gulberg owner/management still need to prove themseleves.
