Visited Ph 8 yesterday.. Lots of activity going on, more than 30 houses in Sector H, 4 x Houses being build in Sector I, same is the case in E and F1 Blocks..

Also saw huge Bahria Head Office being build in Business district along with some Hadi Plaza which will be first plaza in business district..

Agreed with Matrix. Nadeem Bhai, i told u significant development is going on in Phase-8 right now. Many people are constructing homes there. I am sure u will be surprised once u visit next time.

No doubt about it phase 8 block A ,B ,C ,D E, F sectors lot of construction going on. I myself constructing houses in safari and soon will be constructing my own home in Block A Insh a Allah.

People mix phase 8 with DHA valley , both these projects are separate if there are problems with Valley then its not going to effect phase 8.

I second Irfan and Nadeem as i also visit every day to check my projects there although market is at lower end and in correction phase but its future looks good.

Prices are going down in Enclave because of no NOC and slow development so wait and see.I think at the moment no need to jump in Enclave.

I've two plots in C, the development is going good in that block .

I've another in block N on height and I'm totally unaware of that block development. Is Bahria offering possession for that block?

I recently visited BT PH 8. I was astonished to see that so many housed are being constructed. One time i lost the location of my plot in block c, as number of housed were being constructed arount it. Well next two years will be very important for ph 8 ( A, B, c, d) blocks. Allah bless us all. Talk of the town: There are positive signs for market recovery. Queries and sale-purchase has slowly started to begin. Genuine buyers are have started construction their residential and commercial property. Though WH tax has further shaken the confidence of investors, overseas are in particular advantage having zero tax on remittances. It is best time for them to invest in the project of their choice as prices are rock bottom and they will find less competition from the locals.

Cash strapped Bahria and other builders are now moving from "investor's game" of property flipping at down payment, to more responsible behaviour and stressing on installments recovery.

In short, the game is ending for short-term investors and beginning for genuine buyers.

I think H block is getting under-rated here. It has a height location, with double access, both from main ring road and the under construction coastal road. Almost a dozen families already living there and more houses under construction. Prices are also still affordable. Top location 10 marla can still be bought for about 38 lakhs.

Bahria is not good for investment.

koi clear future nazer hi nahi aata.

Gulberg is far better than bahria. Piece of mind and mind blowing returns on investment.

do good research before spending hard earned money.
