Goodgle Earth is not always reliable because it’s not upto date

Thanks to all who replied, hopefully Irfan will also share what he saw there 2 weeks ago. I looked at google earth. Even though the images could be old, I can locate my plot and that area has been levelled with streets made clearly. This is very encouraging. If bahria has done this, then at least they have possession of the land itself and I believe that that’s a key factor in risk estimation.

I did not visit F3, F4 area physically but i know development is going there. As u said in ur earlier post there is no development in F4 area thats why i suggested u to visit google earth so that u can realize even 5-6 months old images showed the development. Bahria has the possession of that land.

Dear experts, I have a 1-kanal plot file in f-5. So far the area on google earth looks completely undeveloped. Does Bahria have possession for F-5 or should i sell my file?

This forum is launched by idiot Riaz dako paid tout.Who is barking like dogs against Gulberg and multi on other forum. Phase 8 is nothing specially in front of Gulberg. My plot in phase 8 is already reduced by 50 % but this idiot chap and some other idiots are praising phase 8. No one will look at this worst located society because of lot of other good options specially Gulberg. All innocents people should be beaware from these idiots like Dr Arshad who is no more than a stupid and jahil person.

@Muhammad imran saab.sir,you are right in criticizing MR or bahria , but sir why should we run in heavy losses ,we must stand upto them and recover our loses. We must pressurize them for possession of plots in non developed sectors of phase 8 , and then if we wish ,we must decide for exit or stay in.

yes phase is one of the best ,that's why we invested there, its the management that's giving us headache sir.

Muhammad Imran, you must be joking dear, coze there is no comparison between Bahria and Gulberg. It is like comparing Merc with CD-70. Sorry mate, but this is fact, even if it is too bitter for you.

Gulberg is 70% Star Marketing.

There are problem with the non possession plots of bahria and one should be aware of it. As per my experience before taking a plot in any society specially non possession plot do a little home work.

but my advice would be also ask the people who are there on ground some trusted property dealers and even you can confirm the news from the bahria employees while visiting them in bahria head office.

Someone broke a rather “unreal” news to me today that bahria have allowed transfer of registry in their project. Seems highly improbable to me. Any one have any news?

The land registry. Since 2010, bahria had stopped registry transfers in its projects in pindi. So the title deed of all plots were legally in Bahria’s name.

Ok so will it effect the price

It depends on a) whether the news is correct and b) on what terms is this being offered if at all. Plots with transferable registry in phases 1-6 cost about 15% more than the non-transferable ones. But over there, people paid a handsome amount to get it too.
