If we just stop for a moment and think about what a valuable service we are getting from Zameen!
If Zameen server gets down for couple of days, we would then realize how much this place is worthy regarding real-estate matters and totally free to use!
As far as I know Zameen is the only one live forum for property discussions….there are others but cannot be compared with Zameen.
For example Lahore real estate started initially with good intentions but when they got fatter, no one can now post message right away. You have to send the mail for approval of most of your replies which can harm their business!
Then there is Apna plot and Bolee dot com, both are low quality forums and not well managed.
Everyone has a right to advertise one’s product but bad attitude and language????
There are learned people at this forum who are giving us fair and balanced advices and we shall honor those members from the realms of our hearts.
Like I said if this place goes down even for few days, we will realize how important this place is for our investments.

I have a 1-kanal file in F-4, phase 8, bahria town. I am getting a bit pessimistic on Malik Riaz' interest/ability to develop that area anytime soon when he's done pretty good till Safari valley and F-1 already in phase 8 and is stuck in Karachi, enclave, DHA valley and above all court cases where the supreme court as well as current government isn't very favourable for him. Should I sell it and move somewhere else?
Musafar, your 1 kanal in F-4 will fetch you 40 to 45 lac max in current market, which you can not replace with an equivalent property elsewhere. My advice would be to hang on to this plot little more, lets say, until mid 2016 and then decide if prices do not move.
Development is going on in F3 & F4 so its recommended to hold ur plot rather selling it in loss. Isloo gave u nice advice to wait till mid 2016.

@Irfan ... I visited there last November and there was no sign of F4, F3's ground seemed somewhat levelled and there was work going on in F2 at the time. Have you been there more recently? and what's the development status currently? Thanks again
I went to Bahria Town Rawalpindi couple of weeks ago. U can check google earth for the development in F3 & F4.

@Irfan ... I'll try google earth, haven't tried it before so not sure how well I can do it; but please explain what you saw when u were there, this will be certainly better than google earth.

Mufasar sb, F4 or otherwise, google earth's imagery is not real time/latest. Groundwork on F4 is underway. So is F5. If you get to F3, you can see the development going on in the F4 sector (lying on the other side from F3).
I'm also holding my kanal plot there. I share the same boat as you. I don't think anything but a massive piece of news can move the prices now.
