10 marla plot F1 and E is best because of height and views.Overseas 5 for its location in between bussiness district and bussiness bay.sector A location same as overseas sector 5 than B and C close to bussiness district.For 1 kanal plot intlectual village non filled plot close to green valley macdonalds bussiness bay but plots are expensive.Than sector A for non filled plot little away from bussiness district.Overseas 1 opposite dha villa than B C etc . I am by professional engineer and started building own houses for sale. When I was building my plaza one contractor give me lot of tension and lost too much at that point i realised the need of professional company decided to launch company based on one principal honesty.For 7 marla plot abubakar block is best.I m building one house there as well.so I go every day there.that’s my honest opinion for overseas and even local citizen.Phase 8 I think would be city within city with all facilities.Whoever want to build or buy home my sincere advise is to buy or build home if not then atleast buy a plot as this is best time to get plot as market is in correction phase.

Safari Valley is good who like to home construction in 5,7 and some of 8 marla.
I agree with Irfan bahi phase8 E and F1 then A,B,C and D are good options.

Bahria started constructing their Head office nxt to Business District (coming soon ...i read 2 years back)????? or still no hope?
In 2013 plot used to cost from 45 lakh at abu-bakar block (corner)...
I will say phase 8 will be populated in 2020 (5 years minimum).

I went there last week and they have there construction site office where they are going to build the headoffice. Slowly the headoffice work has started. On Bussiness district one Plaza is also started just beside the head office.

Dr Arshad is a paid tout of Riaz dako it is confirmed. He is barking like dogs against multi but blind to see the loot mar of Riaz dako. These paid touts have commission in making innocent people fool and in loot maar. Stay away from Phase 8 which is bound to fall in coming days due to poorest location and go for Gulberg. Riaz dako agents like Nadeem , Imran A Sheikh and Dr Arshad are making innocent people fool

My Pleasure guys, Since i am building houses there so normally i go there every day and I also invested in B17 and Bahria Town.
I see some respected forum members pointing each other but i must say that each society Bahria , Gulberg Multi DHA have there own goods and drawbacks.
Like in B17 A ,B and C block are good for investment once the access to E and F will be given than it would also be good.
Bahria Phase 8 A,B,C,D,E and F blocks are good but they have issues in Garden City access to GT road , DHA valley etc
So its a personal choice and prefereance of members all they need to do is just check the pros and cons of each society.
@A.M.Abbasi... But their is also possession problem in some non developed blocks of phase 8.

Yes you are right some of the possession areas they still have disputed land but everybody knows about it. There are still villages inside bahria town. While buying any plot in bahria or DHA grab a map and visit the place urself.
Always go for the areas where possession is already taken by the Bahria. When you buy some plot you can check the status of the plot by the bahria headoffice as well.
